Nice stay once again. Pitch could have more grown shrubbery and a discount for long stay fridge hire. More daytime entertainment for families, like team challenges, more bingo etc and the quiz to stay as Kahoot or the like as the family battle did not keep us interested. Also, some evening entertainment was purely French - like the hypnotist - which we know I?d hard to cater for with so many nationalities attending over the summer.

Das Mobilheim hat keine 4 Sterne verdient: Auf der Holzterrasse haben die Nägelköpfe rausgeschaut, die Plastik Getränkehalterung im Kühlschrank war gerissen, das Wasser der Dusche ist sehr schnell von heiß nach kalt gewechselt, das Ablagefach neben dem Doppelbett war schonmal abgerissen und nur notdürftig wieder angeflickt. Leider war der laut Plan kürzeste Weg zum Strand von einer verschlossenen Tür blockiert und wir mussten einen größeren Umweg gehen. Die Parkplätze sind sehr eng, wenn man einen Fahrradträger hat, wird es schwierig. Poolanlage ist schön und das Essen im Park okay. Für 3 Sterne ist der Park zu empfehlen.

In our point of view, they will improve certain aspects of the service or they will lose the 5vstar

In our point of view, they will improve certain aspects of the service or they will lose the 5 star soon. Aspects like community bathrooms such as showers also beconing obsolete, witch have non been updated in more than 20 years in some cases. Another thing to improve are the night breaks starting at 12 PM, sometikes costs for the neighbour noises. Another point that I would add its the possibility of having a masseuse or physioterapist, since part of the campers not only perform relaxing stays but also carry out physical activities and it would not have been more able to offer a service of these to be and not just look like a 5 star resort. Finally if I was the manager of touristic center, I would try ti contact clienta by telephone, especially with the most regular ones to exchange points of views about past changes or future improvements.

Lovely site, location and facilties. I have a larger caravan and the pitch I had was very tight to get in and out, so better planning of pitches would be appreciated. The only real disappointment we had was the restaurant, the beer was warm, cocktails not very nice and quality of food was average at best, real shame as the setting was beautiful.

Really positive.

Really positive. I liked that the cleaning lady was constantly cleaning through out the day so facilities were all clean. The pool facilities are amazing. The children’s playground could be better, they could do with building something new… they have the space. Caravans are close together so you do hear noise from next door, if they were a little further apart would be more relaxing.

Tolle Animazeure, die mit Herz bei der Sache sind, sehr abwechslungsreiches Programm über den Tag. Der Strand in 2km Entfernung ist bei Flut die bessere Wahl, sonst aber auch der Strand am Platz toll zum Liegen, Spielen, Surfen, Bodyboarden,... Ein Wehrmutstropfen ist das Fehlen eines Beachvolleyball-Feldes. Dies sollte dringend wieder aufgebaut werden! Nächstes Jahr wahrscheinlich wieder ;)

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and facilities like toilets and showers were excellent. The pool is perhaps a bit small given the size of the campsite. Perhaps some multi language signs around the camp, but these are minor quibbles. The outdoor eating area with the kitchens around was very nice

Had an amazing holiday , the only negative was the supervision of the pools. Although balls shouldn't be used in the pools, teenagers are throwing balls to each other in all the pools despite small beginner swimmers being around. The pool attendants tend to sit and chat to each other.
