Nefasto. Habiamos contratado 2 noches como etapa final de un viaje y tuvimos que irnos al pasar la primera noche. Imposible dormir con la molesta musica de parcela cercana a todo volumen hasta media noche y el camping no tomó medidas.

Enjoyed our stay but pool closures frustrated

Enjoyed our stay but the covered pool being closed for 5 out of our 7 days with no explanation was not good and the wave machine not working at all was bad as that was one of the reasons we booked. Finally the restaurant should have opened the inside for guests to increase capacity, and reduce queuing times. That said we still enjoyed our time as the rest of the resort was great!

Teilweise ein toller Urlaub

Ein toller Urlaub....... mit dem ein oder anderen Kopfschütteln Das Personal in den Restaurants muss dringend geschult werden . Es war überall ein Desaster. Keiner wusste so recht was er tut. Kein Wort Englisch. Die Gäste waren eher Nebensache als Hauptsache. Poolbereich schwierig ... morgens kann man noch gut baden , ab 15 Uhr will man einfach nicht mehr ins Wasser. Es war zum Teil schon milchig und Badewannen warm. Schwimmen kaum möglich . Strand schön aber keine Liegen und keine Beachbar direkt da. Wir hatten in der 2. Woche ein Mäusenest im Mobilehome. ( hinter der Klimaanlage) Ab dem Moment war es vorbei mit dem wohlfühl Faktor.. an der Rezeption hat das niemanden so wirklich interessiert. Es wurde so lange wir da waren nichts unternommen .
