Custplace is a trusted third-party platform for customer reviews:
• When a brand page is certified: The brand will be notified of your message. They can then reply to you publicly or privately, and you will be alerted by email to each reply.
• When a brand page is not certified: Only other consumers will be able to reply to you.

In all cases, our community relies on the authentic, useful, and reliable reviews and comments of our members.
