This privacy policy aims to inform the User of the means implemented by Custplace, a platform published by the company Third Voice, to ensure the security of the collection and processing of their personal data carried out via its website at https://uk.custplace.com.
This Privacy Policy may be modified at any time by Third Voice, in particular for the purpose of updating it in accordance with changes in the legislation and regulations in place, subject to informing the User. The User is reminded that the Privacy Policy applies in addition to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and our trust Charter, all of which constitute a single whole. The User undertakes the responsibility to read them before browsing the Site and before communicating any Data.

Third Voice is very committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. It was also one of the first French companies to appoint a "CIL" (Correspondant Informatique et Liberté) to the CNIL, the predecessor of the current DPO (Data Protection Officer).

In addition, Third Voice is audited every year by AFNOR and certified NF service "Management of reviews" in compliance with the process of collecting, moderating and publishing customer reviews on the Custplace platform.

2. What personal data do we collect?

We collect and process the following types and categories of personal data:

  • Your contact details: first name, last name, username, email address, product or service purchased, order number and, if applicable, store name
  • Your review: ratings and written reviews
  • Other identifying data: IP address

3. How do we collect your personal data?

We collect data about you in the following ways:

  • Directly from you by email, phone, SMS, on the Website, or through a third-party browser extension.
  • If you submit a form on the Website, Browser Extension or Application.
  • If you contact us for any reason.
  • If you complete one of our surveys.

5. How is your personal data shared?

We share your review and your username (generated from your first and last name) with media partners such as the Pages Jaunes website or the Letudiant.fr website

We require all third parties to ensure the security of your personal data and to process it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only allow them to process your personal data for specific purposes in accordance with our instructions.

6. How long do we keep your personal data?

We only keep your data for as long as we need it or are required to do so for legal reasons. We treat data differently depending on its use, but you can delete your personal data or ask us to do so for you at any time on your personal account.

The personal data you provide, including your reviews, is kept for as long as you have an account on Custplace or as necessary to provide you with our services. If you choose to delete your user account, we will only keep a log with your login data.

The personal data we receive from companies that use our services to send you an invitation to leave a review on their behalf, as well as the posted review, is kept for 7 years.

The expiry date for reviews is 7 years. After this period, the review and the associated rating will be completely deleted.

7. What are your rights regarding your personal data and how can you exercise them?

You have rights relating to the use of your personal data. These rights may be subject to certain legal conditions, limitations and exceptions.

Your rights with respect to your personal data are as follows:

  • Right of access
  • Right to rectification
