Die Unterkünfte sind zu dicht beisammen und wir hatten eine Unterkunft direkt am Pool. Es war den ganzen Tag sehr laut und abends endete die Animation um 23:30 Uhr. Der Boden zur Unterkunft war sehr uneben und für die Liegen war nicht wirklich Platz. Überall lagen Blätter und Laub, es sah ungepflegt aus und die öffentlichen Toiletten waren eine Katastrophe. Diese müssten häufiger am Tag gereinigt werden

None of the sports were in English so my husband and son couldn?t play as they didn?t know the rules. Site was extremely noisey the pool area was dirty. The entertainment team didn?t bother with us at all they didn?t even speak to us the whole time we were there when I explained this to reception he wasn?t bothered at all that we left 3 days early to find a better campsite

The pitch wasn't as advertised and pitch dm standard was 2* not 5*. It was a repurposed static pitch made of gravel which did not suit us with a crawling baby. It also had the old waste pipe point in thr middle of the pitch making it difficult to get our caravan on and off the pitch. The toilet block was terrible - just a unisex portacabin with no bins inside the toilets. Only 4 toilets and 4 showers were not enough, especially as they were right next to the swimming pool and bar so we're utilised by others. They were often dirty. Even when quiet the water was either scalding or freezing. The water point and disposal was at the opposite end of the campsite, only one point. It was too far and we had to use the car to get to it. The pool was dangerously busy and not enough shade. The security guard was very rude. Music was ridiculously loud much of the day and until 11.30pm. Kids club was not age appropriate for our kids and not welcoming to English speaking children.

Very good site but appalling security and terrible families allowing their teenage kids to cause mayhem during the early hours. Security and customer service/reception had absolutely no interest. Will not use again

Fantastic stay, lovely friendly staff, beautiful food, clean and modern facilities. Great pool (could be bigger for campsite) but aside from that we had the best stay thank you so much for making us feel welcome. Also so great that access to Brackman and little town were so close.

En general muy contentos, lo único el tema seguridad, por las noches sería conveniente mas control del ruido que pueden causar algunos campistas en su parcela y en los baños femeninos controlar que no entren hombres.

In total ok. For the price I’ve expected a cleaner camping ground (more green keeper) with more playgrounds ans less cars Camping ground looked like a parking lot packed with houses where ever possibile!
