Al llegar hoy aquí me dicen la encargada Sabrina que han tenido un problema informático y no hay parcelas libres, me ofrecen una de 3conchas pagando 5? de diferencia por el tipo de parcela? me ha parecido una vergüenza que venga hasta el camping después de tener todo reservado y me digan que no tengo ni parcela y además me cobren la diferencia por un problema del camping? no me han dado más opción que pagarlo. Vengo bastante ha este camping pero esta estancia será la última? una pena

Horrible ,la parcela no tenía nada de sombra ,no había nada que me separara de las parcelas de al lado ,el suelo era de tierra llena de agujeros y piedras enormes ,estaba llena de plantas llenas de pulgas ,el bar y supermercado con precios abusivos triplicando los precios de cualquier otro lado ,la piscina con todas las hamacas ocupadas alas 10 de la mañana y no habiendo nadie bañándose ,no se deja hacer barbacoas en la parcela siendo una de las cosas mas solicitadas por los campistas ,no dejan entrar a mercadona con la compra para descargar siendo un inconveniente para nosotros ,la animación muy floja y escandalosa ,el suplemento por elegir parcela debería de ser de cualquiera que estuviera sin que nadie le haya pagado ya el suplemento

On arrival after paying and reserving our accommodation found it had been given to another client who I later found had complained due to its proximity to the children's play park and splash park. This was confirmed after asking the guest who occupied our reserved cabin ab the staff gave it a client who had not reserved. I had also phoned in advance to tell them that I would be checking in at 17,30 because had to put our family dog to rest and would be late. I contacted the Director and was told "this is the way it is". I then contacted customer service to complain and got no help. Eventually after several days i got a response and quoted they would refund the reservation fee. This has still not been paid or compensation for a ruined holiday.
