The pitch wasn't as advertised and pitch dm standard was 2* not 5*. It was a repurposed static pitch

The pitch wasn't as advertised and pitch dm standard was 2* not 5*. It was a repurposed static pitch made of gravel which did not suit us with a crawling baby. It also had the old waste pipe point in thr middle of the pitch making it difficult to get our caravan on and off the pitch. The toilet block was terrible - just a unisex portacabin with no bins inside the toilets. Only 4 toilets and 4 showers were not enough, especially as they were right next to the swimming pool and bar so we're utilised by others. They were often dirty. Even when quiet the water was either scalding or freezing. The water point and disposal was at the opposite end of the campsite, only one point. It was too far and we had to use the car to get to it. The pool was dangerously busy and not enough shade. The security guard was very rude. Music was ridiculously loud much of the day and until 11.30pm. Kids club was not age appropriate for our kids and not welcoming to English speaking children.
