In our point of view, they will improve certain aspects of the service or they will lose the 5 star soon. Aspects like community bathrooms such as showers also beconing obsolete, witch have non been updated in more than 20 years in some cases. Another thing to improve are the night breaks starting at 12 PM, sometikes costs for the neighbour noises. Another point that I would add its the possibility of having a masseuse or physioterapist, since part of the campers not only perform relaxing stays but also carry out physical activities and it would not have been more able to offer a service of these to be and not just look like a 5 star resort. Finally if I was the manager of touristic center, I would try ti contact clienta by telephone, especially with the most regular ones to exchange points of views about past changes or future improvements.
