Baumhaus nicht sauber. U Bahnstation 80 Meter entfernt von morgens 5.30 Uhr bis nachts alle 10 Minut

Baumhaus nicht sauber. U Bahnstation 80 Meter entfernt von morgens 5.30 Uhr bis nachts alle 10 Minuten ein Zug. Unerträglich laut. An 2 Tagen wurde vom Sportplatz über den Campingplatz Erde weggefahren. Direkt am Baumhaus vorbei. Es war eine Katastrophe. Sind 1 Tag früher als geplant nach Hause gefahren.

Rude staff, dismissive customer support and without a doubt the worst campsite I have ever seen. Stank of raw sewage.

Absolutely terrible campsite and company on every level. Without a doubt the worst campsite I have ever seen and the rudest staff I have ever encountered. After being told a late arrival would be fine we were given an incorrect code to open the barrier and our family had to sleep on the side of the road. In the morning, we discovered a campsite that stinks of raw sewage and reception staff who (after we said good morning) simply ignored us for 5 minutes and continued looking at emails. We were made to feel unwelcome and uncared for by Sandaya staff at all stages, including when complaining about this after it had happened.

Nie wieder! Die Mobilehomes sind veraltet, kaputt und lieblos eingerichtet.

Das Mobilehome hat nicht annähernd den Bildern auf der Homepage besprochen. Veraltet, kaputt und lieblos eingerichtet. Auf unsere Beschwerde wurde nicht eingegangen. Wir sind früher abgereist weil wir uns nicht wohl gefühlt haben. Rückerstattet wurde uns nichts!

Camping Sandaya Les Amis de la Plage Le Bois-Plage-en-Ré

No flexibility with booking (low season)

Unfortunately we were only able to arrive on Wednesday 20th Sept due to a passport issue. We were supposed to arrive17th Sept and leave 22nd Sept. We were charged the full amount even though it was the second last week of the season and the camp site wasn't busy. This was very dissapointing and expensive. I would accept full payment if it was peak season. Very disappointing. Otherwise I think it would have been a lovely holiday.

Die Anlage war abgenutzt und ungepflegt. Services wie der Einkaufladen oder das Restaurant nur bedingt nutzbar, das Baguette war schlecht.

Wir haben unsere Mobile Home nach 2 Tagen verlassen, obwohl unsere Aufenthalt für 2 Wochen geplant war, da es einfach schrecklich war. Die Musik war jeden Abend bis Mitternacht, sogar einmal bis 00:30 Uhr nachts, das ist kein Urlaubsort für Familie mit kleinen Kinder. Das Mobile Home war schon teuer, wir haben auch mehr Comfort erwartet, es war sehr dreckig, diese Straße wo man zu den Restaurants geht - voll mit Menschen Kinder und? Autos. Man müsste ständig schauen, dass man Auto vorbei fährt. Sehr schlecht durchgedacht. Die Bettwäsche haben wir nach unsere Abluft 3 mal gewechselt, Blutflecke, schwarze Punkte?

Poco profesionales, todo fachada

Alquilamos una cottage, las cabañas están tan pegadas unas a otras que no hay sitio ni para aparcar el coche. Los de la cabaña de al lado hicieron fiesta dos noches y era imposible dormir. Nos quejamos la primera noche en las oficinas del camping y nadie hizo nada, la persona de seguridad de la noche sólo habla francés y no además no hay cobertura para llamar, así q salvo que vayas a buscarle, imposible contactar con él si tienes algún problema. Nos devolvieron los 290€ de fianza 5 días más tarde, una vergüenza. No revisan la cabaña contigo presente, así q si hay algún problema buena suerte con recuperar la fianza. No volveremos
