Rude staff, dismissive customer support and without a doubt the worst campsite I have ever seen. Stank of raw sewage.
Absolutely terrible campsite and company on every level. Without a doubt the worst campsite I have ever seen and the rudest staff I have ever encountered. After being told a late arrival would be fine we were given an incorrect code to open the barrier and our family had to sleep on the side of the road. In the morning, we discovered a campsite that stinks of raw sewage and reception staff who (after we said good morning) simply ignored us for 5 minutes and continued looking at emails. We were made to feel unwelcome and uncared for by Sandaya staff at all stages, including when complaining about this after it had happened.
