No flexibility with booking (low season)
Unfortunately we were only able to arrive on Wednesday 20th Sept due to a passport issue. We were supposed to arrive17th Sept and leave 22nd Sept. We were charged the full amount even though it was the second last week of the season and the camp site wasn't busy. This was very dissapointing and expensive. I would accept full payment if it was peak season. Very disappointing. Otherwise I think it would have been a lovely holiday.
