Park is amazing but given its location it would be much preferred to have more options to dine onsite. The takeaway option is the same menu and price as the restaurant so even a different menu for both would be a positive and contributed to a more enjoyable experience.

Dreckige Bettwäsche!

Die Bettdecke war bei Ankunft im MobileHome voll mit Erbrochenem oder etwas Ähnlichem und lag so im Bett. Da die Rezeption nicht mehr offen hatte, sind wir am nächsten Tag zu dieser hin. Wir mussten dann die Decke holen und selbst zur Rezeption bringen. Eine neue bekamen wir nicht mit, diese wurde uns später als wir unterwegs waren auf den Gartentisch gelegt. Als wir diese Decke überziehen wollten, fiel uns auf, dass diese innen (sie war zusammengefaltet) voller (vermutlich) Vogelkot und ebenfalls sehr dreckig war. Sehr enttäuscht von diesem Service. Das geht gar nicht. Wir werden nicht wieder kommen.

Wir hatten leider nachts Ameisen im Bad und dies am nächsten Morgen dem Personal mitgeteilt, sie wollten sich drum kümmern-dies geschah leider nicht. Auch die Parkmöglichkeit ist nicht gut geregelt, nicht ausreichend Parkplätze, sodass man auch Mal draussen parken musste. Ansonsten war alles super!

Für uns und unsere Freunde ist das Cottage Friends super, jeder hat seine Privatsphäre und draußen sitzt man zusammen. Nicht zu vergessen der ZEN Pool, in dem Frau mal in Ruhe schwimmen kann, unbezahlbar wenn man nicht mehr zu den Jungeltern gehört. So findet jeder sein Plätzchen.

Der Campingplatz an sich liegt super gelegen an einem See. Diesmal waren wir etwas enttäuscht, nach 12 Stunden Autofahrt endlich am Mobilheim angekommen, war es leider nicht so sauber wie erwünscht. Es wurde dann vor Ort geregelt und behoben, hat leider für unnötigen Stress und Zeitverlust gesorgt. Und wir hatten online ein anders Mobilheim gebucht und vor Ort erfahren, dass diese noch nicht fertig gebaut sind und kamen dann in einem anderen unter. Da hätte man sich im Vorfeld über Info gefreut, anstatt einfach ohne Info umgebucht zu werden. Trotzdem war es super und wir würden wieder den Platz besuchen.

The pool area did not feel relaxed

The pool area did not feel relaxed due to high level of policed rules. We were told slim fit shorts were required due to hygiene reasons over other shorts, how do you not know slim wear shorts have not been worn under shorts all day, it would be better to enforce showering before entering the pool. We enjoyed our stay with a view of the River Seine, ideal campsite for Paris, location great.

La réservation est difficile parce qu' elle est seulement possible si on paye en avance et comment f

La réservation est difficile parce qu' elle est seulement possible si on paye en avance et comment faire si on n'est pas sur internet ! Cette façon ne me convient pas du tout . Avec un camping car on veut rester flexible et ne veut pas faire une réservation exigeant un paiement en avance.
