Der Aufenthalt hat uns durchweg super gefallen! Einziger Kritikpunkt unsererseits ist die schlechte Qualität des W-Lans im Mo:Ho Viertel und es wäre toll, wenn es für die Kinder eine Animation auf Deutsch gäbe. Steht eigentlich so auf der Aloha Website, war jedoch vor Ort nicht der Fall.

The park is set in a lovely wooded environment. The bungalows were very comfortable and our Cottage Friends set-up was brilliant. The water park was excellent. All the staff were extremely helpful.

Bilder und Realität sind unterschiedlich. Es wird Werbung gemacht mit einem in einem Pool sitzende Person auf einem Schwimmtier, sowie Kinder mit einem Schwimmtier, es dürfen aber keine mitgenommen werden. Man sieht tolle Liegen am Strand, die muss man aber extra zahlen. Die Kinderanimation kann nur online gebucht werden und wenn man das Kind 5 Minuten vorher abholt bekommt man es nicht raus, denn es sind noch 5 Minuten. Animationsplan stimmt fast nicht, mit dem was angegeben wird (zumindest Kinder, wurde kaum gemacht, was drauf stand und sich die Kinder nur deshalb angemeldet haben) und der aufgehängte Plan stimmt nicht mit der App über ein. (Beispiel: Abendschwimmen in der App 21:00 bis 23:00Uhr, vor Ort ruft der Bademeister alle raus um 21:55, den er hat jetzt Feierabend und zeigt uns ein Plakat auf dem eine andere Uhrzeit steht wie in der App)

We had a problem with the boiler 3 days running but each day it was fixed while we were out and working when we came back. Our only suggestion would be to provide a cot bed mattress with the baby's cot. Adults have mattresses, so why not babies? Even if you cannot provide this, it would be helpful to make this clear to your guests at the point of booking so they know to bring one if it is needed. Otherwise, thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Konzept unglücklich gelöst, Autos fahren durch die Stelle an der sich alles abspielt (Restaurants, etc.) Autos fahren viel zu schnell vor allem die Golfcars der Mitarbeiter. Das Essen war leider sehr schlecht bis auf Jacks Burger. Allgemein war die Anlage nicht sehr sauber (Spielplätze etc.) der Security in der Lagune war unglaublich unfreundlich, das ist nicht nur uns aufgefallen auch einigen anderen Urlaubern. Hundefreundlichkeit zeigt sich leider nicht anhand einer Hundedusche. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit für den Hund sich zu erleichtern außer außerhalb des Platzes , dort ist alles vollgeschissen und schmutzig. Wir sind bereits am Mittwoch abgereist also drei Tage früher. Für uns kommt Sandaya leider nicht mehr in Frage.

Le wc est minuscule ainsi que la douche et la chambre parental. Le niveau de gaz devrait être controlé avant toute nouvelle Rentrée. Nous avons eu une rupture de gaz dès notre arrivée. L e s amoires devraient être mieux contrôlées, il y avait encore des aliments des occupants précédents.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal im Blue Bayou und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Die Mobil-Heime sind modern und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist toll und das Angebot an Aktivitäten und Versorgungsmöglichkeiten ist umfangreich. Auch in diesem Jahr wurde uns an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und unkompliziert geholfen.
