Camping Sandaya Cypsela Resort Pals

Exceptional site.

Generally exceptional but not being able to park at your holiday home to pack and unpack the car is very inconvenient. We have been holidaying at this site for over 30 years and love the location and facilities. Sandaya have upgraded the facilities considerably, although it has always been a well maintained and secure site.

Instalaciones muy bien cuidadas, con muchas actividades tanto para niños como adultos. El espacio acuático es muy amplio y está muy limpio, pero le falta mucha sombra, es imposible coger una sombrilla. El alojamiento está muy limpio y era bastante amplio, mucha tranquilidad. En cuanto al supermercado tiene un horario de apertura muy amplio pero le falta surtido de productos fresco, muy escaso y cámaras vacías incluso a primera hora. Personal muy amable en general, el único pero fue la persona que nos acompañó al alojamiento el día de la llegada que insistio en hablarnos en catalán a pesar de que teníamos que pedirle que nos repitiera todo ya que no entendemos el catalán.

Nuestra estacia ha sido muy buena

Nuestra estacia ha sido muy buena. El bungalow estava muy bien, muy correcto todo. La piscina muy bien, muy limpia. La atención en la recepción muy buena, menos el primer dia que hicimos 45 min de cola para el check-in. La comida del bar y del take away deja mucho que desear pero no comes allí y ta está. El pub con los bolos y billar, genial.

Sehr schöne aktive Familienferien in unglaublicher Landschaft. Leider gab es während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts in unserem Waschhaus zum Duschen und Spülen nur kaltes Wasser. Die Rezeption wusste diese schon bei unserer Ankunft und teilte es uns auch mit. Leider wurde es nie repariert.

Great - but more needed to encourage car free holiday makers

We had a great time but it would be even better if more attention was paid to being car free. For example, affordable options to hire bikes for a week (currently much too expensive at the hourly rate), and/or additional shuttle bus service to Pals and other beaches.
