Todo genial, entorno maravilloso,se respira tranquilidad y paz. La animación y los animadores fantásticos, y las instalaciones muy adecuadas. No le pongo el 10 porque si echamos en falta algunos elementos básicos en el bungalow( cómo algo de sal, algún elemento más de limpieza y algún rollo más de papel higiénico)

Had a great week at this location, pleasant and clean unit, found staff very friendly and helpful, special mention and thank you to the enthusiastic lady in the boutique shop and the older guy running the the water activities. Running of the restaurant was only let down of this holiday and finding out after that we were over charge too.

Después de casi 20 años de venir al Cypsela, nos encontramos con situaciones incómodas y desagradables. Este año, hemos querido probar el KeyWest siendo de 6 pack y nos hemos encontrado que el bungalow carece de equipamiento para esa capacidad. Menaje de cocina, platos, vasos. Y para nosotros lo mas grave es encontrarnos 4 taburetes, cuando en la foto del plano de la web, se observan 6. Nos llovió 2 días y tuvimos que comer dentro. Fuimos a solicitar 2 mas. La respuesta fué, groseramente por parte de recepción, que todos comen fuera y es lo que hay!!! . Todos eramos adultos y no nos sentimos cómodos. Y al solicitar una solución, nos dijeron que no podían ayudarnos y que el equipamiento que teniamos era el que había.

I know it?s hard to control due to weather but pitch was very muddy with poor drainage. Apart from this it is a well laid out site and the pool and bar areas are a great addition

We all had a fantastic holiday for the 2nd year running. Great campsite, love the pool area, great activities all day for adults and children. I enjoyed aquagym every morning with Nicholas, fantastic instructor. The shuttle bus is great to save you driving. Lots to do in the local area, le grand defi, waterpark, markets, towns, brilliant beaches, beautiful sunset from the beach over the road
