No pudimos disfrutar del camping cono esperábamos a causa de mala localización de bungalow y ruido constante. El bario Keywest esta muy mal ubicado, nuestro bungalow estaba a pocos metros de una piscina con aforo de 1700 persona. No hemos descansado.
Al llegar a la zona que habíamos contratado, nos dimos cuenta de que las tiendas no tenían seguridad ninguna y quedaban abiertas mientras no estábamos en la zona, al reclamar unos candados, nos comunicaron que no habían y que nunca había pasado nada. Pues bien, mientas estábamos en la piscina sufrimos un hurto en una de las parcelas.... y la respuesta de administración no fue para nada de ayuda ninguna. Llamamos varias veces por la noche, para informar de que había un animal salvaje en nuestra parcela, cerca de nuestros hijos donde estaban jugando, nos informaron de que se pasaban rápidamente y allí no apreció nadie en toda la noche, pero en cambio no tardaron ni un segundo en venir los de staff para llamarnos la atención de que se habían quejado por la música que teníamos la tarde de San Juan, cuando ni estaba alta, ni molestaba a nadie, ni estaba fuera de horario.... La verdad, es que el servicio fue más que decepcionante en varias ocasiones!
De momento fatal, hace más de una semana que estamos esperando la devolución de la fianza 580?.Nunca nos había pasado que tardaran tanto y la jefa de recepción indica que tienen mucho trabajo?.para bloquear el dinero no tienen trabajo
The worst experience in a camping: no hot showers due to a technical problem for more than a week as other tourists told me, washing machine out of order( for each problem you have to go to the other side of the camping ), a lot of mosquitoes even if we were prepared with everything, a bad communication with the reception( late answers and with errors) etc .. instead of staying 4 nights as I planned, I stayed only 2 and left.
Chalet moisie, sens mauvais, très salé, directrice pas agréable, piscines sales, fermeture des barrières à minuit impossible de rentrer en voiture, piscine couverte fermée, short de bain interdit pour certains et toléré pour d'autres
We checked in when to the van and went straight back up to reception and told them we weren?t happy with the van it was very dark on top of one another and there was a smell they offered us another van foe ?45.00 extra we went to have a look it was a little better but not much so we decided not to stay and left the site we contacted camping SANDAYA by email and were told in a nice way there was nothing they could do as we were offered another van I had to send another email to get a refund for Wi-Fi and taxes I paid and didn?t use which they then said they would refund on this holiday we had 3 nights booked on a different SANDAYA site which we stayed on with no problem and stayed on others over the years but would not book with them again as the way we were treated by customer service
Great accommodation and a very well run holiday park. The restaurant could do with a better menu. Very well run shop but the baguettes and croissants could have been fresher, staff were very friendly and helpful.
Absolutely Horrendous!!!!!!! PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING!! Not Luxury, not 5 star! Below is the letter I wrote to the customer services. We have been 'fobbed off' and still awaiting a reply. If this changes, I will update the review. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the quality of service and facilities at your campsite and to request a full refund for the duration of our stay. While I appreciate the gesture of a refund for two days, I believe the magnitude of the problems we encountered warrants a complete reimbursement. First and foremost, upon our arrival at the campsite, we discovered that the premium rate pitch we had paid for did not have any electric supply. This inconvenience was further aggravated by the delay of two hours before any staff members arrived to address the issue. The temporary solution provided, an extension lead from another outlet, was far from satisfactory as it left our power lead dangerously running across the middle of our pitch, posing a safety hazard. Furthermore, we were appalled by the state of our assigned pitch. It was littered with residual food, leaves, and twigs, indicating a lack of cleanliness and maintenance. Despite our repeated requests at the reception, which escalated to requesting a brush to clean the pitch ourselves, no action was taken. The dismissive response we received from the staff, stating that they would address it "sometime" because they were busy, was unacceptable. Eventually, we had to borrow a brush from a neighboring camper and clean the pitch ourselves, which is not the level of service we expect from a supposedly "luxury campsite." Even after 18 hours, no one from your staff bothered to rectify the situation. Another concerning issue we encountered during our stay was the presence of rats throughout your campsite. These rodents were not only numerous but also significantly larger than usual. I have taken videos and photos documenting these sightings, which I would be happy to provide as evidence upon request. The presence of rats poses a serious health and safety risk to your guests and is entirely unacceptable for a campsite of your caliber. Moreover, I must express my disappointment in the lack of dairy-free options available at your onsite restaurants. Both of my children suffer from medical dairy intolerance, and it is essential for us to have suitable alternatives. However, despite the half-board option we had chosen, there were no provisions made for dairy-free meals, including basic alternatives such as oat milk or soy milk. This oversight rendered the half-board option useless for us and further compounded our dissatisfaction. Finally, I regret to inform you that the conduct and attitude of your staff were consistently rude and unhelpful throughout our stay. Their "not my problem" attitude and disregard for providing satisfactory customer service were shocking. As seasoned travelers who have visited numerous establishments around the world, we can confidently state that the level of customer service we received at your campsite was the worst we have encountered to date. Such behavior is entirely unacceptable, particularly in a facility that markets itself as a luxury destination. Considering the multitude of issues we faced during our stay, I believe it is only fair to request a full refund for the entire duration of our reservation. The inconvenience caused by the lack of electric supply, the unsanitary conditions of our pitch, the presence of rats, the absence of dairy-free options, and the consistently rude and unhelpful attitude of your staff have significantly marred our experience and left us deeply dissatisfied. I kindly request that you process the full refund promptly and provide confirmation of the reimbursement. Furthermore, I hope you take these concerns seriously and undertake the necessary measures to improve your facilities, cleanliness, and staff training to ensure a more enjoyable and satisfactory experience for future guests. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution to this matter.
Very disappointed, will not be back to sequoia parc. Constant construction equipment racing around the campsite. Staff obnoxiously rude. No consideration or facilitation for my kids on the autistic spectrum - restaurant staff essential told me to leave when I asked for a kids meal for my 13 year old autistic daughter. I had to sit outside and get her a takeaway pizza, and left the remains of my family in the restaurant. The takeaway staff were unbelievably rude, refuse to provide milk for coffee, and generally spoke with customers with resentment.
Me habeis cobrado la fianza y vosotros decis que no. Os he mandado los movimientos de la cuenta y hay aparece claramente que esta cobrado y no me la quereis devolver.
Wir waren mit großer Vorfreude angereist und wurden sehr enttäuscht. Vor allem der uns zugewiesene Stellplatz Nr. 53 war schon fast eine Zumutung!!!! So ungepflegt und verwildert haben wir noch nie einen Platz vorgefunden. Enttäuscht waren wir auch darüber, dass ich nicht den Pool nutzen durfte weil ich nur eine Badeshorts hatte. In ihrem Laden gab es aber keine Badehose in meiner Größe
I come for 20 years. But communication by the Sandaya Hotline and email support was such terrible, no helpful, they could'nt even change the email adreess of my account or helped me using the bonus coins. Communication in Doussard was great.
Uns wurde verboten, den einen Tag, den wir von 2vgebucht hatten zu nutzen. Dabei war uns telefonisch zuerst zugesichert worden, dass wir einen Tag früher kommen dürfen. Dies wurde per Mail erst nach fast 3 Tagen geändert. Alle Telefonate scheiterten.
Absolut schlechter Service am Empfang und schlechtes Bungalow. Haben auf dem Campingplatz im Restaurant etwas essen wollen nachdem meine Frau eine Spinne in Ihrem Salat hatte ( kam frisch aus der Küche ) war das Abendessen besiegelt!! Es ist nicht alles schlecht , allerdings bleibt eher das schlechte im Kopf als etwas positives. Das Baguette und Croissants sind phantastisch, so wie der Schwimmbereich.
this is a terrible site and not at all the 4 star it shows on your website. The pitches are crowded and not well laid out. The toilet block is inadequate not very private and of poor quality.
