Camping Sandaya La Grande Côte La Barre-de-Monts

Fantastic accommodation

Quality of the premium accommodation and surrounding area was fantastic. Pizzeria was lovely. Campsite shop limited though. We liked being able to walk to the beach/Fromentine where there are a selection of shops, bakeries, bars and restaurants. There is quite a hill for the walking route from the premium area to the pool/shop/bar but we appreciated the exercise.

Camping Sandaya La Grande Côte La Barre-de-Monts

Empfehlenswert

Der Sandaya Campingplatz La Grand Cote hebt sich vor allem durch das zuvorkommende Sandaya Team vor Ort ab. 2 Wochen vor der Hauptsaison hat sich der Platz als sehr ruhig erwiesen. Das kann sicherlich bei voller Belegung ganz anders sein. Leider sind einige Serviceangebote, wie Eisdiele oder Creperie, nur in der HS geöffnet. Das gilt auch für umliegende Ortschaften, die alle noch auf die HS zu warten scheinen. Für Hundehalter gehört dieser Campingplatz zur ersten Wahl, da der sowohl an dem direkt zugängliche Strand Grande Cote wie auch an dem Nachbarstrand Plage de la Bergère Hunde erlaubt sind. Viele umliegende Strände sind das nicht. Alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr schönen Urlaub auf diesem Campingplatz. Nicht zuletzt wegen der super netten Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, der Bar, des Backshops und die vielen Putzkräfte die einen tollen Job machen !

Great Family Holiday

Love the campsite, staff are so friendly and place is so clean all of the time. Only niggle would be that the takeaway should have a different menu and price structure to the on site restaurant as there was no variation. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Als Manko empfanden wir, dass der Pool nicht länger zugänglich war (nur 19 Uhr). Zudem haben wir in 2 Wochen nur einmal Rettungsschwimmer am Strand gesehen. Es gab auch sehr viele Mücken - es half leider nicht immer das Mückenschutzspray. Der Platz an sich ist sehr sauber (wobei die Mülltrennung mit unserer nicht zu vergleichen ist), die Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. glückliche Kinder = glückliche Eltern
