It was not as clean as Cypsela, appeared more overcrowded and the life guards were of no use whatsoe

It was not as clean as Cypsela, appeared more overcrowded and the life guards were of no use whatsoever . It?s the parents job to ensure the safety of the pool however the lifeguards may as well I have not been there. Slow service at the snack bar with one new girl extremely rude, the area coming out of the water park was dirty. However the staff on reception were super friendly and helpful and the staff in the shop amazingly helpful and kind.

Está todo en general bastante bien excepto que habría que aumentar la limpieza de los baños y no me gustó nada el horario de entrada ya que llegas con la hora de pico alto de calor y luego no es proporcional con la hora de salida. Pedimos de quedarnos a pasar el día y por 1 hora más nos piden 15? y si te quedas hasta las 14h 20?. No lo veo ético cuando realmente ese tiempo no debería de cobrarse ya que se entra a las 15h

Estrenamos un bungalow nuevo, pero no estaba preparado. A pesar de haber realizado el fast check in, tuvimos que esperar 2 horas y media en el que no se tuvo ningùn detalle con nosotros. Dos grifos (un baño y una cocina) perdian agua. La terraza estaba muy sucia con barro que limpiamos nosotros. Había polvo de obra por todos lados. No habìa agua caliente. Lo del agua caliente se resolviò la misma tarde pero cuando nos fuimos los grifos seguían perdiendo agua. A pesar de haber dado el aviso, nadie pasò a arreglarlo.
