Gewinnmaximierung. Zuviele Gäste, insb. für den kleinen Badebereich. Laute Musik bis Nachts um 23.30 Uhr. Keine Erholung möglich. Das Mobilheim hat sich nachmittags ab 15 Uhr bis abends unerträglich bei 40° Lufttemperatur aufheizt. Da es keine Klimaanlage hat, steht es eindeutig am falschen Platz.

Der Campingplatz liegt wunderschön die Natur und der Garten ist fabelhaft. Leider waren die Mitarbeiter unfähig den Sandaya Standard zu halten. Das Essen und die Hygiene waren unterirdisch. Wir haben nicht mal einen Kaffee trinken können aus einer sauberen Kaffeemaschine. Alles war verdreckt in der Küche.

Este camping es de los peores que he estado,te piden fianza para el bugalow para que todo quede limpio. Nos preocupamos a la salida de dejar todo bien,platos limpios y guardados, basura sacada,sábanas de la cama quitadas,toallas colgadas... El bungalow quedó vacío y con todas las cosas tal cual ponían que debían hacerse,para que me llegue un correo diciendo que me quitan 135€ por no dejarlo limpio Me parece un auténtico engaño y que roban a la cara, no os recomiendo este camping,no os dejéis engañar.

Unterirdisch. Alles aber kein 5 Sterne Platz. Die zerrissenen Fahnen am Eingang zeigen schon von außen, was zu erwarten ist. Viel zu voll, viel zu überlastet, laut, kein Internet, keine Erholung. Diese Rezension hätte ich so nicht auf dem Platz schreiben können da das Netz und das Funknetz zu überlastet sind weil der Platz einfach viel zu voll gepackt wird. #Gewinnmaximierung #EpicFail #NoFun

We were very disappointed in this site and left after 3 days. The noise at night was terrible and kept people awake until 3 or 4 am. Adults would try to intervene but just got shouted at by the teenagers/young people. Pitch was just dirt and due to the pitches being squeezed in the camping area felt like a tent city with cars everywhere. Cars would drive far too fast. Shop was poorly stocked. However, pool area was good and well staffed. Toilet blocks were very clean and there are good washing facilities. Staff in the reception came across as rude and under pressure. We have stayed on several Sandaya sites and Le Col Vert is not up to the standards we have come to expect.

The place was far too overcrowded. Restaurant hadn’t enough staff and were stressed, took over an hour to take order. Lots of people around us also complained and some walked out without being fed. Food choices on menu not available but we were not told this until after. Our lovely waitress said the dish we tried to order hasn’t been available since the start of June. Food was ok but not worth the wait. The manager of the restaurant told us that senior management don’t care that it’s understaffed, they just care about money! Was surprised by their honesty but it’s very visible so know it to be true. Could never get a bed at the pool, walked around on burning ground with bare feet (no footwear at all allowed in pool area) Spent 20 mins most day’s looking for a bed, 4 of us had to share one, all of them on top of each other, dreadfully uncomfortable, same every time we went, people fighting over beds, horrible experience. Toilet facilities beside bar/restaurant are disgusting in EVERY way, rather walk 20mins back to base than use them. Saw numerous boys/men wearing underwear instead of correct swimming pants, our guys were forced to buy tiny skin tight speedo style ones as we were told is was for hygiene, no problem, but underwear? The most disgusting and unhygienic of all, no enforcement to stop them either! Vile… Nothing 5star about Sequoia Parc! Kitchen utensils awful and melted, blunt knives, not fit for cooking, so we had to leave the park to find places to eat on our last few days. We left 2 days early as we couldn’t stick another minute. Paid €2317 for a week and felt robbed, overpriced and understaffed. Never again will we set foot on another Sandaya campsite!

The pitch wasn't as advertised and pitch dm standard was 2* not 5*. It was a repurposed static pitch

The pitch wasn't as advertised and pitch dm standard was 2* not 5*. It was a repurposed static pitch made of gravel which did not suit us with a crawling baby. It also had the old waste pipe point in thr middle of the pitch making it difficult to get our caravan on and off the pitch. The toilet block was terrible - just a unisex portacabin with no bins inside the toilets. Only 4 toilets and 4 showers were not enough, especially as they were right next to the swimming pool and bar so we're utilised by others. They were often dirty. Even when quiet the water was either scalding or freezing. The water point and disposal was at the opposite end of the campsite, only one point. It was too far and we had to use the car to get to it. The pool was dangerously busy and not enough shade. The security guard was very rude. Music was ridiculously loud much of the day and until 11.30pm. Kids club was not age appropriate for our kids and not welcoming to English speaking children.

Nefasto. Habiamos contratado 2 noches como etapa final de un viaje y tuvimos que irnos al pasar la primera noche. Imposible dormir con la molesta musica de parcela cercana a todo volumen hasta media noche y el camping no tomó medidas.

You had to pay for the WiFi and it was the worst WiFi we have ever used. You couldn’t use it, the signal was awful. Not good when you have paid for it. Free, fine but you can’t charge people for that sort of connection. Or non-connection I should say. The shower and toilets constantly smelt of urine. The pool was a money making scheme. Men couldn’t wear swim shorts and had to have sordid. Which of course you could buy in the shop for a price. In the afternoon time you had to que to get into the pool. I understand this may be for safety but you need to build a pool big enough to cater for the amount of guests you can hold. Our pitch was the worst we have ever stayed on. The grass was yellow and dead in places and then the outskirts looked as if had never been cut. Was not a nice play to sit out and relax in. Very small as well. Will not be going back or recommending to friends and family. I would avoid.

Zudem steht die Sicherheit der Gäste leider nicht an der Stelle, an der sie stehen sollte (Fahrzeugverkehr direkt neben Kinderdisko, Strand mit gefährlichen Strömungen, rutschiger Badebereich).

Camping Sandaya Cypsela Resort Pals

Unprofessional and rude

We were conned at this campsite. We booked our 80m2 pitch through another provider (All Camps) which was perfectly adamant for our car and caravan. When booking we entered in the size of our caravan etc so I assume Sandaya are then aware of the size. On arrival we were given the pitch but when we went to the concierge to show us the way, he said there was no way we would be able to access the pitch. So I went back to reception to be told I would have to pay over £350 to upgrade to a larger pitch. When I asked how this was fair when there’s no way I could have known the accessibility of their pitches on booking and when we are able to fit into a 80m2, I was given the cold shoulder. At that point, I asked what other options I had. If we were to leave there and then would I get any sort of refund on the original purchase. I was shrugged off again and told there would be no refund. With 4 very young children in the car after a long day of travelling, I felt sandaya absolutely took advantage of my situation and forced money from my hand. There was no empathy to the situation, no understanding and no accountability. It was pay the £350 or lose your other £700. This was a very bad start. The rest of the time was filled with noise, rude staff and attempting to not get run over by cars and scooters. I would not recommend at all! Beware.

Haben unseren Aufenthalt nach 1 Nacht abgebrochen, Platz extrem eng, völlig verschlammt und sehr laut. Konnten unseren Anhänger kaum auf der Parzelle abstellen. Citywasseranschluss nicht möglich da sonst das Zelt nebenan ohne Wasserversorgung. Bis tief in die Nacht Lärm auf dem Hauptverkehrsweg direkt an der Parzelle. Tolle Internetpräsenz mit Fotos von Pool und neuem Platzbereich, leider nicht den Gegebenheiten entsprechend. Wir werden Sanndaya zukünftig nicht mehr buchen. Haben leider auch keine Rückmeldung zu unserer Mail an Sandaya zum Abbruch unseres Afenthaltes erhalten. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend.

I have already made a complaint which I still haven't heard back from.

I have already made a complaint which I still haven't heard back from. We stayed on three pitches (we booked 3 separate stays) but it's only the first 2 nights that we had a major issue with. The drainage was creating the most awful smell! We couldn't use the private sanitary, we couldn't eat at our pitch or spend anytime there. We complained to management but nothing was done and no one seemed bothered. Luckily our next pitch we booked was further up so we didn't get the smell. So this score is only based on those first two nights we booked. If it wasn't for this I would of scored 10

Bungalows sucios, servicio restaurante muy lento (más de dos horas para comer) , actuaciones de la noche flojas, la recepción no era conocedora del funcionamiento del restaurante (íbamos a pensión completa), no recogían la pinaza del exterior de los bungalows la qual quedaba amontonada durante días. En general el camping no es merecedor ni le corresponde la categoría asignada. No volveros a ir.
