Der Campingplatz ist grundsätzlich gut augeteilt, allerdings sind die sanitären Anlagen gewöhnungsbedürftig. Sauber ist anders. Wir hatten einen Stellplatz mit Privatsanitär. Den ersten Stellplatz haben wir abgelehnt, da das Sanitärhäuschen schmutzig und verrostet war. Dann bekamen wir einen anderen Stellplatz. Da war das Sanitärhäuschen sauberer, aber die Wäde voll Sporen. Da waren wir die letzten Jahre sicherlich besseres gewohnt von Sandaya.. Für einen 5 Sterne-Camping gibt das sicherlich kein gutes Bild ab.

In den privaten Sanitäranlagen läuft das Duschwasser in den restlichen Bereich des Badezimmers. Dadurch ist immer der gesamte Preis nass und natürlich schlecht sauber zu halten. Das Personal am Platz ist sehr freundlich. Unsere Reklamationsbearbeitung unbefriedigend.

Calidad de los bungalow pero todo enfocado al turismo extranjero. El camping nos gustaba más con la gestión de antes.

Primera vez que estamos con la nueva gestión y no nos ha gustado nada, anteriormente nos gustaba mucho más porque tenían mejor animación infantil, mascota, tenían mucho más juegos, la gente del bar y del camping mucho más cercana y del pueblo. No te cobraban por todo como ahora. En ninguna estancia dónde hayamos estado debíamos salir tan pronto, a las 10 de la mañana y encima después de haber entrado a las 16h el primer dia. Pierdes un día entero prácticamente, además de que si pedías salir más tarde te cobran 20 euros. Después nos cobraban 30 euros por pedir estar pegado a otro bungalow. Cosa que en ningún otro sitio nos ha ocurrido. La animación para los niños muy floja, sí tenían el mini club, pero muy pocos juegos, pintar y poco más. No dejaban comer comida de fuera en las mesas del bar de la terraza aunque pidieras bebidas del bar. Por lo demás, los bungalow nuevos estaban muy bien, la piscina está muy bien.

Great location, but many facilities in poor repair and a large group of travellers with 6 caravans squeezed onto 2 pitches very close to our pitch causing a nuisance. Do not us in the app for directions. It takes you to the middle of a housing complex 5km away. Tricky when driving a motor home.

Los patinetes eléctricos circulan sin regulación por el camping, lo que es un peligro por atropellos. Los domingos no se puede ampliar la estancia. Hay falta de personal de limpieza el camping está sucio en baños y zonas comunes. Soy asidua a este camping cada verano y ha sido una decepción volver este año. Está masificado, demasiadas parcelas nuevas y casas, en agosto será terrible ir a la piscina. Es una lástima que lo haya vendido el anterior dueño, su política era mucho mejor, ahora solo buscan ganar dinero sin tener calidad para los huespedes y encima CARISIMO para lo que ofrece porque NO ES Resort

Before I give my review I'll say that the staff we dealt with were always polite and tried to be helpful. Whilst the plus pitch was a good size it had a tree in it, which limited our options for placing our caravan. It also had a lot of electric cables coming from the ground, which should have never been left is that state on a pitch . These took 6 days to be removed after continuous complaining. Speaking to other campers last year there was grassed pitches these are now gone and we understand that cabins are now there. The camping pitches all have gravel on them and whilst we were there was still being added to pitches. This is gravel created a lot of dust over everything. We believe that the cats we saw were feral and would foul on the piches, we found one of cats inside one of our open storage units. The entertainment at the site was aimed at children, which is ok, but to have it so loud at night (22:00 plus) and most days it was all the same activities. We're booked this site on the reviews given to the previous owners, which was very good. It looks like this company took over at the start of the year and this would have given them at least 5 months to make their changes, parts of this site should never been opened. We would never go back here, its one of the worst campsite we have stayed at!!
