Before I give my review I'll say that the staff we dealt with were always polite and tried to be helpful. Whilst the plus pitch was a good size it had a tree in it, which limited our options for placing our caravan. It also had a lot of electric cables coming from the ground, which should have never been left is that state on a pitch . These took 6 days to be removed after continuous complaining. Speaking to other campers last year there was grassed pitches these are now gone and we understand that cabins are now there. The camping pitches all have gravel on them and whilst we were there was still being added to pitches. This is gravel created a lot of dust over everything. We believe that the cats we saw were feral and would foul on the piches, we found one of cats inside one of our open storage units. The entertainment at the site was aimed at children, which is ok, but to have it so loud at night (22:00 plus) and most days it was all the same activities. We're booked this site on the reviews given to the previous owners, which was very good. It looks like this company took over at the start of the year and this would have given them at least 5 months to make their changes, parts of this site should never been opened. We would never go back here, its one of the worst campsite we have stayed at!!
