Camping Sandaya La Ribeyre Murol

This site was a perfect location for us. Our pitch was not far from the lake giving us a lake view.

This site was a perfect location for us. Our pitch was not far from the lake giving us a lake view. Really liked our own toilet/shower/pot-wash unit on our pitch. La Ribeyre is peaceful and quiet. They do have "animations" in the evening, but they ensure that the music is not too loud and finish by 10.30 pm on the dot. We didn't use the pool, as we were keen to explore the volcanoes and countryside round abouts, but it looked fabulous. The bar, restaurant and shop on site were also very good. I would highly recommend this site for families and for older visitors like ourselves.

Camping Sandaya Château des Marais Muides Sur Loire

Overall a Nice Campsite

The campsite was very busy being peak season and there was a queue at the reception desk to be served. Once we were given our pitch it was easy to find and the size of the pitch was massive. The only downside was that most of the pitches were under trees and so you didn?t get that much sun. The restaurant and bar was really nice and the staff were super friendly and helpful. There were plenty of options for swimming but the water and quality of the pools wasn?t as good as other Sandaya?s we have stayed at before. The toilet facilities were modern but in high season they could do with more showers and toilets as having only 2 cubicles for each sex isn?t enough. Overall a nice campsite.
