The campsite had everything we needed for our stay. We were lucky with our pitch as it was spacious

The campsite had everything we needed for our stay. We were lucky with our pitch as it was spacious and on a corner, however lots of the other pitches were cramped and many people had access issues with caravans etc. I'd also say the campsite was very noisy during the night and into the early hours of the morning. The entertainment was excellent. I cannot praise the singers and dancers enough. Maybe more of it could have been dual language as a large percentage of the guests were Dutch. The surrounding area is beautiful and the site is well located for Pont D'Arc and other villages/towns like Lebeaume, Ruoms. However this also means that in peak season it is EXTREMELY busy on the roads, in the local supermarkets etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Our 7 year old loved the pools, park and entertainment. The onsite shop is well stocked. One thing to be aware of with younger children is that the pools are across 2 sites with a road in between. It's like 2 separate campsites. Not an issue for us but we didn't realise that prior to our arrival.

Nice campsite with lots of space and activities. We were a large group and chalet quality a

Lovely campsite with lots of space and activities. We were a large group and chalet quality and cleanliness differed significantly. Ours was very clean and well kept luckily but my elderly parents arrived to an unswept floor and generally unclean chalet. They were also give the wrong bedding despite paying extra for it, it was late when we arrived so they had to make do on the first night. Generally issues were dealt with quickly (parents in law didn’t have hot water and a new boiler was installed the next day.) The pool is fab for little kids but there isn’t a pool for swimming laps/exercise, there is the lake for swimming. Despite terrible weather we still had a fun week, the kids enjoyed the football tournaments, bouncy castle, pedalo’s, flumes and the older kids had a blast at the foam party even though it was a freezing night! The fireworks were also really good on Friday night. We had a couple of days trips out, Chateaux Chambord (an hours drive) is definitely worth a visit.
