Nice family holiday, the outdoor pool could have been a bit warmer as the weather was quite cool during our say.

Gute Lage aber der Badebereich lässt keine Erholung zu. Kein Internet und auch kein W-LAN am Platz man steht an reception mit vielen anderen irgendwo herum. Für so einen Platz zu dem Preis nicht tragbar.

The campsite had everything we needed for our stay. We were lucky with our pitch as it was spacious and on a corner, however lots of the other pitches were cramped and many people had access issues with caravans etc. I'd also say the campsite was very noisy during the night and into the early hours of the morning. The entertainment was excellent. I cannot praise the singers and dancers enough. Maybe more of it could have been dual language as a large percentage of the guests were Dutch. The surrounding area is beautiful and the site is well located for Pont D'Arc and other villages/towns like Lebeaume, Ruoms. However this also means that in peak season it is EXTREMELY busy on the roads, in the local supermarkets etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Our 7 year old loved the pools, park and entertainment. The onsite shop is well stocked. One thing to be aware of with younger children is that the pools are across 2 sites with a road in between. It's like 2 separate campsites. Not an issue for us but we didn't realise that prior to our arrival.

Lovely campsite with lots of space and activities. We were a large group and chalet quality and cleanliness differed significantly. Ours was very clean and well kept luckily but my elderly parents arrived to an unswept floor and generally unclean chalet. They were also give the wrong bedding despite paying extra for it, it was late when we arrived so they had to make do on the first night. Generally issues were dealt with quickly (parents in law didn’t have hot water and a new boiler was installed the next day.) The pool is fab for little kids but there isn’t a pool for swimming laps/exercise, there is the lake for swimming. Despite terrible weather we still had a fun week, the kids enjoyed the football tournaments, bouncy castle, pedalo’s, flumes and the older kids had a blast at the foam party even though it was a freezing night! The fireworks were also really good on Friday night. We had a couple of days trips out, Chateaux Chambord (an hours drive) is definitely worth a visit.

Las instalaciones estaban genial, muy cuidadas, limpias y muy bien atendidas. Camping muy tranquilo en pleno Agosto, se respiraba tranquilidad y naturaleza. Los servicios ofrecidos en el camping son de agradecer. El alojamiento muy limpio, nuevo y cuidado.

Algo decepcionados Reservamos un bungalow concreto buscando la tranquilidad y al llegar lo habían ocupado. Nos dieron otro al lado de la piscina y zona de animación, una zona mucho más ruidosa y ajetreada. No eran las vacaciones que buscábamos pero nos tuvimos que conformar porque no nos dieron solución al error. Si que nos devolvieron el dinero que costaba la elección de bungalow y pidieron disculpas. I have been here many times before (30+ years) but never through Sandaya direct? accommodation much better than before. However site has been expanded and (I guess) about 20% more people on site. This is fine but facilities haven?t been upgraded or expanded so pool very busy, bar in evening can mean a long wait for drinks, line for bread in morning can be very long. Quality has not changed you are just sharing the quality with more people!

A great site that has so many brilliant facilities. The pools are excellent and so many to choose from. It so peaceful and quiet in the evenings and mornings but lively areas if you want that. Its clean, the staff are very friendly and the restaurants are great. We had a wonderful stay and will be back.

The pool closes way too early otherwise would have given 9 or 10. Great facilities for families to keep younger children occupied. You are not allowed to take food or have chairs directly within the pool area which means you can always find somewhere nearby to sit.

Nuestra ubicación quedaba próxima a las pistas y todas las noches se concentraban mucha juventud para beber y poner música hasta las 4 o las 5 de la mñna , se comento a recepción así como a los vigilantes de seguridad, pero no hubo solución al problema en toda nuestra estancia .
