Fenster Hebel z.T. kaputt, Matratzen durchgelegen, kein warmes Wasser am Waschbecken im Bad. Armaturen alt und verschlissen. Trotzdem alles in allem o.k., da auch nette Kleinigkeiten vorhanden waren (Mülleimer im Bad und der Toilette, viele Haken für Kleidung, Handtücher und sonstiges.
