Wir haben uns mit unseren 2 Kleinkindern im Premium Newton Bereich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war super und täglich war das Personal unterwegs um die Anlage sauber zu halten. Frisch gebackene Baguettes, Croissants usw. gab es im kleinen Supermarkt. Saubere Wechsel-Handtücher gab es auf Nachfrage kostenfrei. Die Sandaya-Crew war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit!

We were lucky as this year although we booked the same lodge as last year, it was slightly bigger which was beneficial. The amount of single use plastic in the different machines in the arcade is ridiculous, you state how important the environment is, but it clearly isn?t that important, also there is a lot of sweeties sold in single use plastic containers, the lolly pops on plastic lips, the sweet sprays in cactus bottles. The shop, I know prices are inflated for the convenience, but there were several items I purchased which were priced on the shelf but at the till they were different and more expensive. When I pointed this out to the assistant, they couldn?t care. The kids disco and therefore the evening entertainment start very late, 8.30 to start the kids disco would make a difference. That said we enjoyed the Disco?s and evening entertainment. As a whole it is a great concept and facility but there are certain things you could do to make it better!

En general bien, mejorable en el aspecto de que en temporada baja las pistas de pádel tendrían que ser gratis como en muchos camping y la zona de los bungalows sandaya que tienen habilitado el aparcamiento por atrás sin número de plaza es una falta de servicio, ya que los fines de semana te puedes quedar sin aparcar en esa zona que te corresponde por la alta afluencia.

Hemos pasado unos días disfrutando de las instalaciones del camping, mi única queja es de la pista de padel, esta todo el suelo bacheado y no se puede jugar bien, si fuera gratuita lo entenderia, pero si se cobran 15 euros por hora, ha de estar en buen estado.
