Sehr schöne Anlage, wir waren alle zufrieden. Da wir einen Hund dabei hatten, schauen wir immer darauf, dass Hundekotbeutel (Platikbeutel) verfügbar sind. Dies war leider nicht immer der Fall, der Behälter mit den Beutel war 2 Tage lang leer. Nicht weiter schlimm, aber darauf sollten Sie etwas schauen. Ansonsten alles ok., wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöner Platz in guter Lage am See. Wir kommen gerne wieder Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und großzügigen Stellplatz in der zweiten Reihe. Freundliches Personal. Guter Shop mit sehr gutem Brot. Die Sanitäranlagen waren in Ordnung, könnten etwas mehr Pflege vertragen.

Well tended campsite with good facilities, especially the swimming pool complex. Spacious pitches.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at Sandaya Campsite Soustons! Our mobile home was very good value for money and well-equipped. The bike rental services on-site were extremely useful and the location of the campsite means you can cycle to the beach on a cycle path that is very safe and easy. The superette was very useful, and there were lots of opportunities of free things to do within the campsite, such as the pool, table tennis and other activities. I really valued the campsite's mission of providing stays which do not negatively impact the environment. Lastly, everyone who worked there was extremely friendly and helpful, and was willing to help us with any question we might have.

Accueil sympathique cependant à notre arrivée on nous annonce que nous étions logés dans un nouveau mobil home qui avait été placé sur un emplacement servant anciennement de parking entre 2 mobil homes ce qui fait que les 3 mobil homes sont touche à touche.. Bonjour la promiscuité....Aucun réseau sur le bas du camping ....à moins de payer pour avoir la wi fi. Au tarif du camping 4 étoiles je pense que la wi fi pourrait etre gratuite.Camping trés décevant j etais habitué à mieux avec votre chaine.

Sehr schöne, neue Anlage. Könnte noch ein bisschen gepflegter sein. Zum Beispiel die Grünanlage, Hecken und Sträucher schneiden, Steinmauern, wo lose Steine rumliegen.....

Overal was a good experience but some parts of stay have dropped since our previous visits. This was our third time to stay Escale St Gilles and second under the management of sandaya, the campsite has the perfect location for all families close to the beach and short walk, cycle or the petite train trip. The pool area is clean and well laid out and perfect for all ages, the playground has been moved this year due to the car park been moved and compared to previous stays we only ventured to it once with our children who were 3,5 and 7 others we meet didn't even know it was there and some the equipment is not in use amd dumped in the field. Food wise the take away is good and we haven't eaten at the restaurant on site during any of our stays. The shop is ok and caters for the basics. This year we visited in low season September and our children were delighted to see Dennis back in action doing the entertainment as was not present last year, and is absolutely wonderful with the children's events as was Nasssim. Visiting in low season without them there our holiday would have been less enjoyable without them and also Valerie who made plenty of chat with our children. The campsite has alot going for it but needs to bring the playground back within the main park and our biggest issue this year was the amount of dogs and them been walked by our accommodation to urinate which doesn't make for a safe and clean space for children to play by the accommodation .
