We had a lovely stay in accommodation overlooking the fishing lake.

We had a lovely stay in accommodation overlooking the fishing lake. The weather was great and the campsite very quiet. We had cause to make a complaint during our final weekend but this was very sympathetically dealt with by the young ladies on reception and ultimately Sandaya customer services.

we had a very bad experience with a smell coming up the drains from both showers in our mobile home.

we had a very bad experience with a smell coming up the drains from both showers in our mobile home. We reported it to staff via email but they did nothing expect spray air freshener. We should have been offer alternative accommodation. The smell was toxic and was disturbing our sleep as we were worried we would get toxic poisonings from the sewerage smell.
