Very poor plots, rubble, glass brick, no hedges. Newly paved roads never been swept, so one inch thick with mud after rain, unsightly and dangerous. It is beyond my understanding to spend thousands doing a lovely paved road to never sweep it and make it into a trip or slide hazard. I must emphasise the plots are not fit for purpose. Cleaning of toilets? Well one inspection sheet was up for 3 days to my knowledge. First thing in the morning they would sweep and wash outside areas before ensuring all toilet bowls were clean and paper in every toilet. It's the wrong way round to my mind. Make sure all toilets are clean and functioning first at 7.30 then you can start deep cleans. In my opinion toilets were not inspected regularly.

This campsite is very far off the beaten track so you need a car to explore the area. The caravan was spacious and clean and the children enjoyed the park and the pool. The basketball/ football court is very old and needs some attention. The lack of evening entertainment was disappointing for the children. There was no interaction at all with kids club as the staff are not visible and the show is infrequent and at a strange time. I booked a table for 5 in the empty restaurant and was constantly take to tables for 4 we did not receive amazing service im afraid. I felt bored in the evenings for a week as the campsite was completely quiet. I would use Sandaya again as the caravan was the largest we have stayed in but the campsite was not for us as an active sociable family of 5.

The staff were very friendly but we were incredibly disappointed that there was no entertainment, bar or decent restaurant open for 2 days. We feel we paid for services that should have been included daily on our holiday and they weren?t available. We shouldn?t be forced to go and find excursions elsewhere when we?ve paid for a holiday. Our son has Autism and this made our stay very difficult l, coupled with the bad weather we left 2 days early as we were so unhappy

The perfect base to visit family and also holiday at the same time We have previously stayed here before COVID when it was Yelloh Village but Sandaya accomodation is so much better Very well kitted out units with everything you need and very warm too unlike my previous stays there We have 4 units in total .. 3 x 2 berth premium and 1 x 5 berth premium and they were just fantastic! The larger one had enough kitchen equipment and plates etc so that the whole family could come for meals. The location was perfect as there was a large green area for the grandchildren to play away from cars The onsite facilities as are fantastic and the food prices at the Snack place were very reasonable I thought! Location is perfect with lots of hidden little beaches to visit! Been coming to this particular site for over 10 years now as I have French family in Lanniin and will definitely be coming back

The mostly shady porch got covered daily in huge bird droppings, so we could not lie on the sun beds. Our car was frequently littered by bird droppings. When we checked the inventory on our arrival, items like a broom, chopping board an a couple of other things were missing. After complaining at the reception, it took three days to get the broom and the chopping board delivered, although one of the reception-staff assured us, that she would send someone around to go through the entire inventory. On the cooker one of the big hobs did not work. Some of the staff however were really nice, trying their best to help. The beach was nice and the food and service in the restaurant which we visited once, was good.

Das mobile Home war sehr schön, der Supermarkt war auch sehr gut. Die Animation u.a. für Kinder am Abend war leider sehr schwach...und natürlich nur auf französisch. Es war leider auch der erste Campingplatz, auf dem ein Gasgrill nicht erlaubt war! So musste ich meinen selbst mitgebrachten Plancha einpacken! Nur: Alle Camper haben mit Gas gegrillt, gekocht,...muss man nicht verstehen?! Nachteil für den Platz: die Trennung des Platzes in zwei Hälften durch die Zufahrtsstraße. Die Security am Abend war mal da...oder auch nicht. Schade war, dass der Platz dem Anschein nach noch nicht alles auf die Saison vorbereitet hatte, obwohl der Platz ausgebucht war...aber es war ja nur Vorsaison. Schade. Der Schwimmbereich müsste ein Facelift bekommen und ausgebaut werden.
