Very poor plots, rubble, glass brick, no hedges. Newly paved roads never been swept, so one inch thick with mud after rain, unsightly and dangerous. It is beyond my understanding to spend thousands doing a lovely paved road to never sweep it and make it into a trip or slide hazard. I must emphasise the plots are not fit for purpose. Cleaning of toilets? Well one inspection sheet was up for 3 days to my knowledge. First thing in the morning they would sweep and wash outside areas before ensuring all toilet bowls were clean and paper in every toilet. It's the wrong way round to my mind. Make sure all toilets are clean and functioning first at 7.30 then you can start deep cleans. In my opinion toilets were not inspected regularly.
