No lo recomiendo a nadie

Tuvimos nuestro hijo enfermo e ingresado en el hospital en los días en que habíamos reservado. No pudimos asistir, aún así llamamos 50 veces y enviamos correos des de 3 días antes para así intentar encontrar alguna solución. No recibimos ninguna respuesta hasta pasada la fecha, para decirnos que la culpa era nuestra y que no era su problema. Un 10 en frialdad y un 0 empatía, no lo recomiendo a nadie.

Staff was very rude and unprofessional. Unwilling to accommodate guests needs. We stayed only 2 nigh

Staff was very rude and unprofessional. Unwilling to accommodate guests needs. We stayed only 2 nights with the camp pitch full with overgrown grasses which is like in a jungle not 3-4 shells camp site. The reception manager said he can not make any adjustments due to full reservations but we saw a few spots empty until the moment we leave which we can tell the staff was not fully making un effort to be a help at all. As the condition of our camp site was too bad, the staff agreed to offer mowing service the next day but nobody actually come until we leave. With all the camping experiences with Sandaya brand and others, it was the worst stay and made us stop recommending. Bad conditions of the camp site and the unprofessional staffs.

Espera de más de una hora para check in de una parcela. Aunque pagamos para estar 2 parcelas juntas nos dieron parcelas separadas. En la parcela asignada no entraba la autocaravana (habían dos árboles y una farola). No posibilidad de descuento Acsii al reservar por la web.

Nachdem wir corona bedingt im April unseren gebuchten Aufenthalt hier absagen mussten und dafür den vollen Preis bezahlt haben, wäre hier die Einhaltung der gebuchten qm ( der CP hatte genügend freie Plätze) das mindeste an zu erwartendem Service gewesen. Wir werden sandaya nicht mehr buchen.
