Staff was very rude and unprofessional. Unwilling to accommodate guests needs. We stayed only 2 nights with the camp pitch full with overgrown grasses which is like in a jungle not 3-4 shells camp site. The reception manager said he can not make any adjustments due to full reservations but we saw a few spots empty until the moment we leave which we can tell the staff was not fully making un effort to be a help at all. As the condition of our camp site was too bad, the staff agreed to offer mowing service the next day but nobody actually come until we leave. With all the camping experiences with Sandaya brand and others, it was the worst stay and made us stop recommending. Bad conditions of the camp site and the unprofessional staffs.
