The site is wonderfully placed for visiting Paris. The facilities are rather limited compared to the other Sandaya venues but being right in the City it's easy to understand why that is. I think the grass and bushes could be better maintained. We were not given our internet code on arrival and when we went to ask for it the reception was closed and we were informed we would need to wait until the next day. As we had paid for this,we were not particularly happy about that but the response was really that there was nothing that could be done. No refund was offered. Outside of that the staff are extremely friendly and the location couldn't be better for sightseeing in Paris.

Just perfect from our arrival to our departure. Most importantly, the mobile home was impeccably clean as were the pool and eating areas. The staff all over the site were so friendly and helpful making for a really wonderful atmosphere on site. When our dishwasher broke two lovely repair men came to fix it within the hour. The facilities are top notch - the multi sport area was fantastic for our kids of 7 and 9. And the pool area was the highlight. We?ll be back!

Hay muchas cosas que arreglar. Las normas no son para todos igual. Mejorar limpieza, iluminación en calle de baños y atención telefónica. Piscina masificada con tumbonas que la gente se reserva a las 10 de la mañana poniendo la toalla que pueden estar sin usar hasta las 6 de la tarde. Y mientras tú en el suelo. Chapeau por atención insitu de recepción y la mayoría de animación, que eran muy simpáticos. No cogen el teléfono nunca. Wifi gratis (señal baja) mediante una contraseña por dispositivo que caduca y tienes que volver a ir a recepción a pedir otra. Parcelas amplias, de grava (en nuestro caso más arena que grava 😅) con sombra insuficiente y sin posibilidad de poner toldo en los árboles (por estética, nos dijeron) Nos dejaron entrar antes de la hora (cosa que agradecimos, ya que tardamos horas en montar) Cerca de la playa, unos 200m (playa de arena con guijarros y piedritas al entrar) Recomendable escarpines depende de la zona a la que vayas. Bar-restaurante son rápidos atendiendo y agradables, pero nos tocó menaje sucio que tuvimos que cambiar. Precio elevado, aunque no abusivo. No creo que vuelva.

Wir haben 4 mal auf die defekte Kochplatte hingewiesen, wir wurden von dem Personal im Empfang nicht ernst genommen. Die Kochplatte musste schließlich ersetzt werden. Zum vereinbarten Termin kam kein Techniker.unser Sonnenschirm war kaputt, er musste auch repariert werden. Solche Mängel und die Reaktion am Empfang sind nicht akzeptabel für eine 5* Anlage
