The site is wonderfully placed for visiting Paris. The facilities are rather limited compared to the other Sandaya venues but being right in the City it's easy to understand why that is. I think the grass and bushes could be better maintained. We were not given our internet code on arrival and when we went to ask for it the reception was closed and we were informed we would need to wait until the next day. As we had paid for this,we were not particularly happy about that but the response was really that there was nothing that could be done. No refund was offered. Outside of that the staff are extremely friendly and the location couldn't be better for sightseeing in Paris.
