En general todo es correcto. La calidad de la restauración no esta al nivel del camping. Tuvimos un problema que nos dejo toda la noche sin luz en el bungalow. Es casi imposible que alguien coja el telefono sin que salte a la línia general de los campings Sandaya. Esta situación nos creo problemas con nuestro hijo que paso miedo. Finalmente marchamos sin decir nada un dia antes. Perdiendo el coste de ese dia. No podemos decir que fueran unas buenas vacaciones

Site needs a huge amount of improvements, especially to accommodate motorhomes out of season, ie hardstanding or gravel. The toilet blocks need some refurbishment and were lacking in day to day mainteneance. One example in block 3 the ladies had no hand towel dispnser, although there were holes where one had been previously. Apart from the intial receptionist, none of the staff could have cared less even when asked for assistance.

Overpriced and mud pitch - very disappointed

Having toured France for over forty years, staying on many campsites, in my opinion this is not a five star site. My overall experience was satisfactory. Our pitch was in a corner and was just dry mud and when it rained a wet mud pitch. Our family were in two lodges at the same site but we could not invite them to our pitch for food/drinks as you were just sitting on mud. We stayed six nights and went every morning for the first four mornings to ask reception to move to one of the many grassy vacant pitches but they would not entertain this. It was only on the fourth morning after politely complaining and asking for the manager (who would not speak to us) that we were offered the pitch next to us which was no better. We were really looking forward to our holiday at this site and were so disappointed. I doubt we will ever go back.

Dangerously muddy pitches

Pitches were destroyed from the rain. Everything was extremely dirty and there was little or no consideration to reviewing the pitches in advance of people arriving to see which weee I?m condition to assign to people. Some better condition pitches were free and ours which was absolute mud bath was assigned to us. It was dangerous to even walk on.

The stay in the camping itself was nice and we had a wonderful family time but I am extremely disappointed that I could not consult SANDAYA's website in the official language of the region where the camping was located (Catalan), nor could I perform the booking process in Catalan. This is a clear lack of respect by Sandaya to the local people and in particular a quite sizeable part of their clients.
