Wir sind zwei Tage früher abgereist als reserviert und bezahlt. An der Reception wurde uns gesagt, sie könnten auf unseren Vorschlag, diese 2 Nächte in einem anderen Sandaya CP einzulösen, nicht entscheiden und wir sollen uns direkt an Sandaya wenden. Dies haben wir gemacht und nach mehreren Tagen eine Mail erhalten mit einer Entschuldigung für die verspätete Antwort, mit der Hoffnung, wir hätten unseren Aufenthalt genossen und mit dem Angebot, jederzeit für uns zur Verfügung zu stehen. Auf unser Anliegen wurde mit keinem Wort eingegangen!

Enjoyed the peace and quiet due to lack of other campers however it is unlikely we will stay again due to poor maintenance and both restaurant and pizzeria closed while we were there (5 days). Only take away available - not much choice. Revenue lost by your business - we bought our alcohol and food from the Casino shop on site and had at our pitch. Staff were helpful but there were not many for the size of the site.

ACSI Preis sollte nur für einen "besseren Parkplatz" gelten, wo nach Aussage der Reception kein Platz für PKW und Wohnwagen wäre. So mussten wir anstatt 23? pro Nacht 28.52? zahlen, und haben noch nicht mal eine Rechnung ausgedruckt bekommen. Das Toilettenpapier im Waschhaus lag einfach so herum, weil es nicht in die Rollenhalter passte. Der Strand war übersät mit Treibholz, der Stellplatz war total sandig. Wo kommen die 5 Sterne her???

The park has a lot of potential but was not ready

The park has a lot of potential and the staff is friendly but we arrived on the day it opened for 3 nights and the park was not ready at all to receive guests and most services were not working. On top of that there was still a lot of construction happening which caused a lot of noise, commotion and dust. The restaurant was closed, the mini-market was closed, the pool with water slide was closed, there were issues with water supply and electricity in the toilets and most camping spots were unusable. This was the most expensive park we stayed on which would be worth if it was fully operational, but with the level of service we received this was a huge disappointment and extremely expensive.

Nada mas llegar decepción

Hicimos una reserva para el mismo grupo, la teleoperadora nos dijo que no era posible ponernos juntos pero que si en la misma zona. Al llegar los últimos del grupo nos han puesto en la otra punta del camping dificultando las comidas y cenas. Eramos un grupo de mas de 20 personas. Al quejarme en recepción me dicen que la teleoperadora ya habia puesto en la ficha de cliente que estábamos avisados, cuando no era así, a pesar de eso le comentamos a la recepcionista que pagábamos los 30? pero que queríamos estar con nuestro grupo y no hizo nada por acomodarnos en otro, diciendo que el nuestro era de una categoría inferior cuando todos abonamos lo mismo.
