Certainly not 4*. Poor and old facilities. Residents on site that doesn't look good. Site in general poor condition, over grown pitches that have been neglected for some time make the whole site look really poor. Bar terrace closed so couldn't go to the bar and the downstairs doesn't allow dogs.
