Im Großen und Ganzen ein schöner Aufenthalt, wenn auch mit kleinen Schwächen. Wunderschöne Strandbar leider mit winzigen Cocktails zu völlig überhöhten Preisen. Im Poolbereich für männliche Gäste die furchtbar lästige für Frankreich typische Pflicht, diese widerlichen, entwürdigenden, enge Badehosen tragen zu müssen. Die Bademeister achten auf nichts anderes so penibel. Die Pizza im Abholbereich ist überteuert, wurde fehlerhaft und teilweise verbrannt ausgegeben. Nach Reklamation dann aber zügiger und guter Ersatz. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. WLAN ist stabil und leistungsfähig, leider sind selbst beim Premiumpaket nur 3 kostenlose Verbindungen für eine Sechserbelegung enthalten. Die Kosten für weitere Verbindungen: natürlich überteuert. Die Rezeption ist zwar bemüht und freundlich, allerdings in der Nebensaison qualitativ schlecht besetzt. Leider empfängt das somit weitgehend unnütze TV-Gerät ausschließlich französische Sender. Bei internationalem Klientel natürlich eine völlige Fehlplanung. Probleme werden von der Technik sehr rasch behoben. Die Häuser im Premiumbereich enthalten allesamt Gasgrills, die leider in der Ausstattungsliste nicht erwähnt sind. Zusätzlich gibt es fest installierte Holzkohlegrills an zentralen Plätzen. Die Qualität des Camping-Supermarktes is gut, die Preise hier tatsächlich annehmbar und der Typ im Laden ist ein echtes Original. Sehr gute Strandlage, Surfschule direkt am Camping.

Except on last day when huge party arrived, driving cars right up to accommodation, parking right in front of our van, and being very noisy all night until 4am. Wish you had wardens to patrol and tell them to be quiet and respect the rules about no cars

Wir hatten leider sehr viel Regen während unseres Aufenthalts. Deshalb war unser Stellplatz innerhalb kürzester Zeit ein totales Matschfeld. Auch die anderen Stellplätze waren eigentlich nicht nutzbar. Die Waschhäuser waren relativ neu, aber insgesamt nicht wirklich sauber. Außerdem gab es keine gute Möglichkeit, um die Toilette aus dem Wohnwagen vernünftig zu entleeren. Insgesamt könnte der Pool ein Update vertragen, sehr einladend sah dieser nicht aus, war aber trotz des schlechten Wetters gut besucht. Das Wellness-Angebot kostet extra, die Preise dafür finde ich übertrieben (35 Euro für eine Stunde Benutzung des Wellnessbereichs). Restaurant und Kiosk haben wir nicht ausprobiert, der kleine Supermarkt bietet morgens frisches Baguette und Croissants an, Vorbestellung ist nicht nötig. Die Lage ist für einen Besuch der Schlösser und Städte an der Loire top.

Das Apartement war super schön, groß und leise. Die Animation war uns vor allem am Nachmittsg zu laut und unentspannt. Die Pools waren meistens recht voll. Die Öffnungszeiten der Pools in der Nebensaison sind ausbaufähig (ab 10) und es könnte das Becken morgens für Schwimmer geöffnet werden.

An Animation und Abendunterhaltung hingegen wird absolut nichts geboten, pünktlich 22:30 Uhr werden alle Bordsteine hoch geklappt und dann wird man quasi ins Bett geschickt. Die Animateure geben sich keinerlei Mühe und hobeln alles nur lieblos runter. Auch an Freizeitaktivitäten wird definitiv viel zu wenig geboten auf diesem Platz. Schade eigentlich. Die Snacks sind furchtbar und das Geld nicht Wert. Getränke überteuert. Der "Wasserpark" ist ganz nett, die "Bademeister" hingegen sind sehr überheblich, ermahnen jeden mit Badeschuhen und Shorts und tragen diese aber selber 🤦. Wir würden wieder kommen, allerdings muss sich bezüglich Unterhaltung definitiv noch etwas ändern.
