Der Check-In Prozess ist umweltunfreundlich und aufwendig, da wir mit dem Auto um den Parkplatz fahren müssen, damit wir die Schlüssel und die Infos erhalten, auf die wir auch noch warten müssen, bis die Dame händisch in die Karte alle Infos aufgeschrieben hat. Dann konnten wir nicht spontan im Restaurant essen weil wir nicht reserviert haben... Auch das Essen am Pool war nicht das Beste. Das einzige Positive ist die Kinder Animation.

Pleasant stay overall. Not as good as in the past

Pleasant stay as not too busy. Site overall not as clean as previous visits. Staff generally disinterested. No response to 2 emails, 1 2 the campsite and 1 to central customer services (got an auto response saying reply would be sent within 7 days - after 10 days, still no reply. Very poor customer service, no doubt due to covid!

El espacio es espectacular y está bien cuidado,sin embargo para personas que quieren que sus hijos/sobrinos tb disfruten de la estancia debo decir que este año se han cometido errores imperdonables,la falta de los toboganes es algo grave,es un espacio donde los más pequeños disfrutan y hacen amistades con otros niños,menos mal que mis sobrinas este año han coincidido con amigas del año pasado que han repetido pero este año no han hecho ninguna amistad nueva,por otro lado está el tema de las animaciones,el año pasado había alguna animación que aún siendo simples te daban la excusa perfecta para reunirte y hacer algo,pero este año han sido muy muy pobres y no tiene excusa posible ya que el coste que supone actividades simples es irrisorio para un camping con vuestra ocupación,es cuestión ya de poner más que dinero un poco de amor y cariño
