Was disappointed that I had to change accommodation from 6 berth to 7 berth due to a new born baby as made too many people, yet due to an admin error you were expecting 8 people to arrive. The new accommodation was not nice, old and badly repaired and very poor cleaning, with sticky floors and bad smells
