Staff were very friendly but we felt that we could have been given more overall information about our stay. The evening entertainment was too loud. There appeared not to be any sympathy for families around the site as regards the noise levels especially after 9pm. The entertainment was for those attending the bar restaurant and the noise should not have been so loud around the rest of the campsite.

Wij kregen een comfort kampeerplaats toe gewezen redelijk vanachter op de camping, voor een verblijf van 11 overnachtingen. Na 3 dagen werd de sanitaire blok bij onze plaats gewoonweg afgesloten. Ik vind dit niet kunnen, wij hebben betaald voor gebruik van warme douche, toiletten en chemisch toilet.

But we thought we would have a view of the Seine, as the website shows a picture of the Seine and states 'on the banks of the Seine', but we had no sight of the water whatsoever. There were people having parties around us with karaoke, so it was quite noisy, and there were dogs running around freely off the lead.

The mobile homes have been perfect for us. The animation programm in the evening was too loud. Happily it endet at 11 pm. The pool area was nice but we missed shadow-places. And we didn't understand why normal bath shorts haven't been allowed. The way to the beach was far. The map was not clear and we thought it is just a few steps away.

The camp itself was nice but we didn't think the accommodation was of the same level as the one wher

The camp itself was nice but we didn't think the accommodation was of the same level as the one where we stayed in France. We had loyalty points so took the opportunity to see Sandaya Belgium. As it was out of season, the weather wasn't great so of course it's not a fair to try to compare the swimming pool, play areas etc, but the accommodation could be compared.

Wir hatten ein mobilhome direkt neben der Animation. Uns wurde am Tag der Anreise gesagt die Animation wäre bis Ende des Monats( damals August). Wir dachten die 1-2 Tage Animation kriegen wir rum. Allerdings ging die Animation dann einfach weiter. Es war so laut, dass unser Sohn nicht schlafen konnte und wir ebenfalls nicht. Als wir dann umziehen wollten mussten wir die reinigungspauschale nochmal bezahlen, obwohl das ja nicht unser fehler ist, wenn uns jemand eine falsche auskunft bezüglich der Animation gibt. Danach wurden wir an der Rezeption unfreundlich behandelt. Außerdem waren in beiden mobilhomes die Klimaanlagen total verschimmelt. Das ist Gesundheitsgefährdung! Wir können den Campingplatz also leider nicht weiterempfehlen

Lovely pools but site not brilliant.

Nice enough but no privacy on the campervan pitches with private wc/shower. We looked into, or were overlooked by 8 other pitches. Very noisy at night on both nights we stayed.
