Emplacements too small

Emplacements are way too small for a Motorhome of 7 metres, I ended up damaging my vehicle on a small plot marker fence. Many other people experienced the same problem.

Der Aufenthalt gefiel uns im großen und ganzen. Die Sanitären Anlagen und der Platz waren sauber, das Servicepersonal sehr freundlich. Die Anzahl der Duschen waren recht wenig. Die Spülen waren zu eng beieinander. Es gab kaum Platz das gespülte,bzw schmutzige Geschirr abzustellen. Was gar nicht geht: Zwischen den Badegästen am Strand standen mehrere Angler und warfen vom Strand die Angeln aus. Verletzungsgefahr durch Angelhaken und durchsichtige Angelschnur sind gegeben.

Ich hatte einen Platz am Wasser ?Fluss? reserviert und dachte ich stehe direkt an der ?Seine?, es war aber nur ein kleiner Kanal davon was eher einem Tümpel ähnelt den wir nicht mal gesehen haben weil es total zugewuchert war. Schade dafür mehr bezahlt zu haben. Da hätte ich auch ein normalen Platz nehmen können der vielleicht leiser gewesen wäre ohne die Frösche.

Most people had left the site and the pitches were very muddy- we were advised to inspect the pitches and make our own decision whether to stay. Sadly the pool was closed because of the risk of lightning. I don?t think a review would be helpful as we didn?t see the site at its best.

Die Anlage an sich war in Ordnung mit einigen Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder, die Lage und Kuliss

Die Anlage an sich war in Ordnung mit einigen Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder, die Lage und Kulisse des Campingplatzes - mit See und Bergen - ist unglaublich schön. Einzig die Sauberkeit des Mobilheims ließ zu wünschen übrig. Nachdem wir 2,5 Stunden (!!) später als geplant einchecken konnten, haben wir festgestellt, dass nur oberflächlich geputzt wurde (Staub unter den Betten, Stühle voller Krümel und Schlieren). Das Einchecken war ein Chaos. Uns wurde an der Rezeption mitgeteilt, dass die offizielle Eincheckzeit zw. 16 und 18 Uhr liegt. In unseren Unterlagen stand jedoch definitiv 16 Uhr. Um 18:30 Uhr konnten wir dann endlich unsere Unterkunft beziehen. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass an der Rezeption ein riesen Chaos herrscht (vielleicht durch Überforderung/ schlechte Planung?) und man eher abgefertigt wird. Wir brachten unsere eigene Bettwäsche mit. Was wir nicht wussten ist, dass es zwei Decken in Normalgröße und eine in Übergröße für das Doppelbett gibt. Hier wäre eine kleine Info in den Unterlagen hilfreich gewesen. Wir baten dann an der Rezeption um Ersatz. Uns wurde zugesichert, dass uns jemand eine passende Decke bringen würde. In den folgenden sechs Tagen wurde sie uns jedoch nicht gebracht. Uns war es dann zu blöd, ein weiteres Mal (nachdem wir im 30 Minuten-Takt fragten, ob unser Mobilheim zum Einchecken bereit wäre) erneut zur Rezeption zu gehen. Der restliche Urlaub war schön! Wir können die Region absolut empfehlen, testen beim nächsten Mal aber lieber einen der anderen zahlreichen Campingplätze in der Nähe.

Die Bewertungen auf ACSi und anderen Foren, dass es sich um einen ruhigen Campingplatz ohne aufdringliche Animation handelt ist komplett falsch. Ab 9 Uhr morgens beginnt die Animation mit lauter Musik, die über den Campingplatz schallt. Diese endet dann meistens erst um 23 Uhr. Wlan kostet 15 Euro für 7 Tage und funktioniert auch nicht richtig. Zudem kann man immer nur ein Gerät freischalten. Ein großes Toilettenhaus ist neu Renoviert. Wir waren direkt neben einem alten Toilettenhaus, was auch in Ordnung war, allerdings wurde dieses dann geschlossen, sodass wir einen sehr weiten Weg hatten. Familie mit 3 Kindern (6 Jahre, 7 Jarhe und 10 Jahre) mit Wohnwagen und kleinem Zelt

Leider ein wenig getrübt durch fehlende Bettwäsche / Handtücher für unsere Tochter bei Ankunft sowie erhebliche Probleme bei der Zustellung eines kleinen Päckchens kurz vor der Abreise. Ersteres wurde von der Rezeption freundlich und schnell gelöst. Das zweite Problem wurde von der Rezeption leider nicht professionell bearbeitet. Freundliche Worte zu dem Vorfall haben wir vermisst. Das Päckchen bleibt verschollen und es kam bislang nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung der Direktion. Daher diesmal nur drei Sterne von uns.

Pools are lovely, lucky there was indoor pool as it rained 3/4 days. Restaurant didn?t have what we ordered our first two visits and another day the burgers were raw even after asking for it to be ?bien cuit?. Opening hours were very restrictive too. Towels were very small, on another Sandaya site we stayed at they were much bigger.

Der Standort ist perfekt für Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung es gibt wirklich sehr viel zu sehen. Leider hatte unser mobilhome keine Fliegengitter somit fiel es uns schwer zu lüften. Abends draußen sitzen ging auch nicht, da die Pflanzen einen sehr starken Lausbefall hatten, alles war voll auch die Wäsche die man zum trocknen aufgehängt hatte. Da sollte man wirklich darauf achten.
