Despite paying extra for a premium cabin, it was not very clean on arrival, no sun loungers (told I couldn’t have any by reception), no recycling bin in room and no blind on lounge window. Need better cleanliness in accommodation and grounds need litter cleaned on smaller paths, need more helpful reception and bar staff, need smooth tiles to water slides as really hurt feet, need more information on what’s available to do at campsite and timings - app was not accurate, need lights in premium area turned on in evening as dangerous walking in dark back to accommodation especially with children, upgrades to all play parks would be good, lack of options in very small shop - no cold drinks in refrigerators, no vegetarian food in restaurant other than bad quality pizza. An on-site creperie would be good. Opening hours for food service very confusing. Bins too far away and inconvenient to get to. Campsite entrance could do with a big upgrade - not very appealing looking when entering grounds. Lack of car parking at reception. All accommodations should have sun loungers and recycling bins. Overall underwhelming, won’t be back and would not say this is 5 star - more like 4 star. Don’t bother bringing bikes and scooters for kids as very hilly site and paths not smooth. Best thing was pool area and location, Sarlat very beautiful only 15 min drive.

The facilities were just not there. Very small pool area for the guests on the campsite. A little pony standing in the sun - why? There were not any children. Best part was the easy connection to Paris.

Nice place for our caravanmobile. Shop, restaurant and play areas were nice. Minus because there was no warm water in the shower or dishes whole weekend, in other cottage there was warm water, but near reception was cold water. Also, the pony looked starwed, meaning there is not enough food for the pony. It is not enough, when tourist feed the pony, it should be feeded every day with proper food, not just walk around in the evenings and let it eat grass for 30 min. It was too thin, the ponys bones were show. Also minus because mens swimming shorts were not allowed to use in the pool. The shorts were meant for swimming, still it was not allowed to use. Reception personnel were nice and helpfull. Nice distance to Paris with train.

Nice campsite with good shaded pitches and great facilities. Can be very noisy late into the night with children around the site. Site is a little isolated but great cycle paths from campsite lead in all directions.

Die Baderegeln fanden wir nicht passend. Ob enge oder lockere Badehose sollte egal sein. In anderen Ländern ist das kein Problem.

Die Lage unseres Stellplätze war super. Aber Bestellungen im Restaurant haben ewig gedauert. Außerdem wurde dort nicht einmal englisch verstenden. Es gab keine freien Liegen am Pool und es war auch im Wasser sehr voll.

Tutto troppo complicato per una vacanza. Il miniclub con la app, la piscina solo con boxer stretti, gli scivoli chiusi l'unico giorno che potevamo goderci la piscina, ristorante con ragazzi che ballavano in mezzo ai tavoli, la pizza take away chiusa.

We were given a very poor cottage at first where there was no river view because it was overgrown and the cottage had very little space around it. We could not have just a drink in the restaurant at a decent table as they save them for diners despite being empty. We were told to leave twice a day early because of a mistake made by reception and no real apology which spoilt our last day.

Wir waren das zweite Jahr auf diesem Sandaya Campingplatz. Dieses Jahr haben wir ein etwas größeres Haus gebucht als im letzten Jahr. Allerdings beides Mal mit der Ausstattung zwei Muscheln. Leider war das Haus anscheinend eines der älteren Häuser dort. Beim letzten Aufenthalt hatten wir, außer einer Ameinsenstraße durch das Haus, keine Probleme. Die Terasse des Hauses wurde wohl seit längerem nicht mehr gereinigt bzw gefegt. So dicke und große Spinnennetze habe ich selten gesehen. Auch der Holztisch mit Bank hatte bessere Zeiten erlebt. Das Wasser beim Duschen wurde abwechselnd warm und kalt, außerdem war die Brause so angebracht dass es nicht möglich war sich darunter zu stellen. Der Strahl prallte direkte gegen die Duschtür und setzte wenn man nicht aufpasste direkt das Badezimmer unter Wasser. Kein Wasserkocher, was wir im letzten Haus sehr wohl hatten. Insgesamt ein sehr düsteres Haus ,ohne Platz drumherum, wie es fast allen anderen Häuser haben. Wir würden wieder zu diesen Platz fahren, allerdings dann auf jeden Fall mit aussuchen des Wunschhauses. Sonst ist dort alles auf dem Platz sehr sauber, super Pool, schöne Spielplätzen für die Kinder und ein gut sortierter Kaufladen.

Hedges and trees were overgrown making it dangerous for children exiting paths. Also made it difficult for larger caravans and campervans to move round the site. We damaged our caravan trying to get to our pitch.

Sehr enger Campingplatz zum Einparken und Wenden mit Wohnwagen. Cocktails nicht zu empfehlen. Sauberkeit in Duschen und Toiletten auf dem Boden ist schlecht. Haare überall. Spielplatz sehr eintönig und es gibt nur einen. Alle Progammpunkte finden nur auf Französisch statt, Minidisco leider auch nur mit französischen Liedern. Öffnungszeiten des Minimarkts sehr eingeschränkt.

We couldn’t eat outside at any point as we felt attacked by mosquitoes!!! They ruined our holidays, I understand it’s a beautiful forested area but the site could easily be sprayed like many others. It was very disappointing and stressful as they went after our children also. I wouldn’t t go to Parc Sequoia again due to this and couldn’t t recommend to friends due to this. Everything else from food to swimming pool to kids camps were amazing but the level of mosquitoes was crazy. Eaten alive at times !

Nice location, lots to do on the park. Staff could be friendlier and more helpful. Some parts of the park cdn be shoddy as we found broken glass on our balcony on arrival.

He echado en falta las animaciones nocturnas y mis hijos muchísimo el tobogán de la playa. Ha bajado mucho nuestra satisfacción con respecto a otras veces. Mis hijos han vuelto con piojos.

The pitch ground was unsuitable for erecting a tent because the ground was so hard, compact gravel and stone, which made it impossible to put pegs in. Prior notice would have ensured we picked a suitable pitch.

My main concern is the state of the pitches which were unkempt very rough and uneven ground not ideal for elderly people or anyone else,the staff were excellent and toilet facilities were very clean,
