Good overall stay, van could have been cleaner on arrival, very shady plot. Pool is great although only having deck chairs was a bit rubbish. Silly rule about no baggy shorts which was not communicated until arrival.

Excellent tent pitches and private sanitary facilities, great pool, some areas could do with updating. The Toilets by the bar had no hand washing facilities for example and the pool area ones could have been cleaned more regularly during the day. The ice cream shop does not open until 430pm, as there is no onsite shop there is nowhere for children to get an ice cream until this opens. Perhaps the bar could have a freezer and sell a selection like other Sandaya sites?

Does not qualify for 5 stars! 2 at the best.

Not enough staff at the various locations to ensure proper service. unmaintained and overgrown pitches. lack of out of hours emergency telephone number. I will not stay here again! too many people for the pool facilities available. Pools dirty!
