Pleasant stay but not really five star luxury. The wellness centre is a small building with a sauna and an odd smelling steam room. Staff were pleasant and the bathrooms always clean. More expensive in comparison to other sites, and not sure what you get for the extra money.

Water cold in shower, poor wifi

Water was cold in shower on last night and on the following morning. Campsite maintenance needs attention. Loose leaves etc around the campsite need to be cleaned. Wifi connection was poor in cabin, difficult to connect. Very crowded campsite. Ideal for D Day beaches tourist attractions.

The cabin we stayed in was premium which was very nice and balcony lovely. However, I am not sure why this campsite is graded 5 star as the facilities are not to the level you would get in a 5 star camp site. The shop is very small and opening hours are not sufficient. The entertainment area is a little dull compared to other campsites. We stayed in Soulac last year and the bar and entertainment area was much nicer, shop was much bigger and open more often. This was a 4 star site so was expecting Soustons to be better than Soulac. The no cars was nice but the white buggies drive around very fast! The staff were all very nice and helpful. The sheets that you put on the beds are always falling off. I appreciate that this maybe a French style of bed making but I would prefer a fitted sheet as mattresses are light and move alot.
