The cabin we stayed in was premium which was very nice and balcony lovely. However, I am not sure why this campsite is graded 5 star as the facilities are not to the level you would get in a 5 star camp site. The shop is very small and opening hours are not sufficient. The entertainment area is a little dull compared to other campsites. We stayed in Soulac last year and the bar and entertainment area was much nicer, shop was much bigger and open more often. This was a 4 star site so was expecting Soustons to be better than Soulac. The no cars was nice but the white buggies drive around very fast! The staff were all very nice and helpful. The sheets that you put on the beds are always falling off. I appreciate that this maybe a French style of bed making but I would prefer a fitted sheet as mattresses are light and move alot.
