Lovely campsite, premium cabin was not premium.

Lovely campsite, well laid out, lovely surroundings and pool area and facilities were excellent. Staff were helpful and entertainment staff were really good. However, I paid for a premium cabin but cabin was not premium and so the holiday did not represent value for money.

Can’t wait to go back

Super stay. Site is spotless, great facilities, relaxed friendly vibe, kids entertained day and night easily. It’s also close to a beautiful endless coastal path for walk, runs, cycles and is a few minutes drive from stunning sandy beaches.

Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das einzige was störte war, dass im 5 Sterne Pool Bereich im SPA Pool nicht auf Ruhe geachtet wurde. Teenager waren dort sehr wild und die Badeaufsicht hat nichts unternommen. Ich habe versucht mit einer der Damen auf englisch zu sprechen, sie hat aber nichts verstanden.

Wirklich sehr nettes Personal, vielen Dank! Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Cottages sehr gut, mit leichten Einschränkungen: das Türschloss war locker und ließ sich nur schwer abschließen. TV-Receiver ohne Empfang. Am Cottage kein WLAN. Funktionierte nur in der Empfangszone des Platzes. L’Anse du Brick bietet sehr viel, vor allem für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Die Hütten nehmen einen sehr großen Teil des Territoriums ein, relativ gering der Anteil der Zelte und Wohnwagen. Super schöne Lage, sehr sauber!

Bei der Ankunft hatten wir mit verschiedenen Problemen zu kämpfen. Die Toilettenspülung ging nicht, in der Dusche war nur warmes Wasser, die Spülmaschinen ging nicht. Weiterhin war ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch im Chalet und die Terrasse war sehr dreckig. Auch im Waschbecken im Chalet klebte viel Dreck. Nach dem wir das mehrfach gemeldet haben und verschiedenste Mitarbeiter bei uns im Chalet waren, war dann ab dem zweiten Tag alles in Ordnung. Danach haben wir den Urlaub auf dem Campingplatz sehr genossen und auch das Chalet war top. Daher waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt im großen und ganzen sehr zu frieden. Nur der erste Eindruck (die ersten 24Stunden) war nicht gelungen.
