A disappointing site certainly not 5 star

Our cottage seemed quite old and shabby with obvious signs of damage. The equipment such as crockery was disappointing. The main attraction, the pool area was in poor condition and because the outside water temperature was too low, the indoor pool was uncomfortably full

Camping Sandaya La Dragonnière

Not as good as it used to be

It was our third time, and the previous two times were better. Main complaint is the level of service. Staff were not as friendly or helpful as previous stays. Poolside staff at the lagoon were particularly awful, blowing whistles at children playing or wearing little safety vests!

Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig

Als wir nach der Anreise auf dem Platz ankamen und kochen wollten, war das Gas leer. Der Bungalow, vor allem das Innere der Schubladen und Schränke, die Böden und der Kühlschrank waren nicht sauber, zudem hingen tote Insekten an Wänden und Decken.

Camping Sandaya Domaine Le Midi Barbâtre

Platz sehr schön und auch recht sauber mit gutem Service - ABER, nachts viel zu laut, sodass man teilweise nicht schlafen konnte!

Wir waren insgesamt mit dem Aufenthalt, unter dem Strich, zufrieden. Für eine bessere Bewertung als drei Sterne reicht es unserer Meinung aber nicht. Grund: nachts war es auf dem Platz viel zu laut!! Auch wenn das Animationsprogramm meistens (zweimal auch nicht der Fall!) Immer um 23:00 Uhr beendet wurde, war es danach dort weiterhin sehr laut. Wir konnten oft bis tief in die Nacht, beziehungsweise in den Morgen nicht schlafen, da herumziehende Jugendliche immer laut schreiend ungehindert die Ruhe stören konnten. Wir haben nicht verstanden, warum von Seiten der Campingplatz Leitung hier nicht eingeschritten wurde!. Dafür gibt es doch eine Campingplatz Ordnung, in der dies auch hervorgehoben worden ist. die Campingplatz Ordnung wurde somit von Seiten der Campingplatz Leitung selbst nicht eingehalten! Das empfinden wir als sehr schlecht!

No grass, just stones, dust and dirt, right next to toilet block so was very noisy late at night with small children in a tent and older style electric hookup using eu socket. I certainly wouldn’t place it as three stars and not worth nearly £80 per night.

Some excellent features

Good location. Good shower/toilet block, very clean. Very nice swimming pool area. Good access to the beach. Evening entertainment not very good really. Restaurant worker very rude, and probably a little bit mad. She changed personality from really nice to completely crazy.

The site we had was nice , on the Siene but very narrow and we had a large pitch in comparison with other customers. Great for visiting Paris and Disney but done that now so will never go back.

Camping Sandaya Riviera d'Azur Saint-Aygulf

all in all an ok vacation

All in all we had a good vacation at Riviera d'Azur. Our Kids enjoyed the Pool and Slides and we visited different nice places in the Area. If you plan to stay at the campsite you should consider that the pitches near to Europcampings (neighbour-campsite) are really loud places in the evening due to their evening "entertainment". Also we only had cold water to clean our dishes, which was exhausting. Biking with our kids (eg to the beach at st aygulfs) seemed a lot too dangerous to us.
