A nice campsite with good facilities. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool.

A nice campsite with good facilities. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool (although a smaller slide for younger kids might have been nice too!), and the washing facilities were excellent (and within easy reach of our plot). The camping plots were nicely organised too so it seemed everyone had some shade at some point in the day.

For a 5* site we would have expected to have better access to the pitch or better allocation of the pitch according to size of caravan, car with parking restrictions enforced of surrounding pitches. We have an average sized caravan by UK standards but found accessing the pitch and departing really difficult and required assistance of friendly and helpful neighbours. The narrow lanes and sharp turns to our allocated pitch along with other site users parking their car partly on the lane meant it was impossible to arrive and depart without unhitching and the sandy pitches made physical manoeuvres very challenging.

Sehr schöne Anlage, toll gelegen am Strand

Sehr schöne Anlage, toll gelegen am Strand. Der Pool hat auch sehr gut gefallen, obwohl er im Hochsommer sehr voll ist und man keine Liegemöglichkeiten bekommt. Aber der Strand ist eh toller. Die Sanitäranlagen im Schwimmbad müssten öfter gereinigt werden + ausgebaut werden. Es gibt nur eine Toilette + eine Behindertentoilette. Keine Umkleidemöglichkeiten. Die Kinder fanden die Animation toll, nettes engagiertes Team. Wenn wir nochmal hinfahren, dann nur eine größere Hütte. Wir hatten ein kleines Cottage (2 Muscheln gebucht). Das war schon sehr teuer im Sommer. Jedoch war es für 4 Personen viel zu klein. Betten sind jeden Tag 2x gekracht und man lag mit der Matratze auf dem Boden. Also wenn wir nochmal kommen, dann ein größere Unterkunft. Aber Preis-/Leistung für das Cottage 24qm ist sehr sehr schlecht.

Great site for families, good clean spacious accommodation. Really clean site, staff friendly and accommodating. Different range of activities for children and adults, site evening entertainment good. Short walk to beach and fromentine. Restaurant and bakery have great food, feel the shop could have a better stock especially for arriving guests ie fresh milk etc. Pool too small for the campsite size. However despite these minor niggles We really enjoyed our stay.
