Debido a la poca empatia del camping con un problema de fechas y después de hablar con el camping por telefono varias veces y de enviar varios correos, el camping no ha querido ayudarnos. Hemos pasado las "vacaciones" con la familia partida entre Valencia y Puzol a pesar de que el camping esta a mitad de su capacidad para la fecha que necesitabamos. Debido a este error en las fechas, salimos 3 dias antes del camping y tampoco se nos ha dado opción de recuperar esos dias de estancia en otro momento. Una pena porque ha sido nuestro camping durante muchos años y no volveremos.

Der Platz war viel zu laut. Ständiger Autoverkehr und das schlimmste war der direkte Camping Nachbat mit Hund. Dieser Hund bellte bei jeder Gelegenheit, ob Tag oder Nacht. Ich bin seit 40 Jahren mit Zelt im Urlaub, aber so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Eine Famile die ihren Hund nicht unter Kontrolle hat und einen ganzen Zeltplatz die Ruhe und den Schlaf raubt, hat auf einem Campingplatz nichts zu suchen. Aber ihrer Seites wurde nichts unternommen diese Leute zu entfernen. Sie als Platzbetreiber haben Hausrecht und können solche Menschen des Platzes verweisen. Ich weiß nicht warum sie so agieren? Für mich war es in 40 Jahren der schlimmste Urlaub. Sandaya ist bei mir und meinen Mitreisenden voll durchgefallen. Viel schlechter geht es wohl nicht!

I would have rated it a solid 6 but unfortunately our whole stay was ruined due to the fact they all

I would have rated it a solid 7 but unfortunately our whole stay was ruined due to the fact they allowed a large group of gypsies on the site that had about 20 children running around terrorising everyone. We witnessed them causing public damage climbing on the communal toilets, climbing on peoples motor homes. They were very very loud at all hours. They left rubbish everywhere. We tried to book another site but couldn?t find one this close to Paris and we had Disneyland book so had to put up with it. We complained to site along with other people. The police did turn up to site which caused some disruption and actually scared my wife. However this didn?t seem to do anything because as soon as the dust settled they were back to usual antics. The staff on front desk were polite enough but the cleaners and site maintenance staff etc very rude and not welcoming at times. Security guards don’t seem to do much. Overall the site is in great location to Paris, it would have been a much better stay if they’d have dealt with the issues at hand accordingly

Dos grifos (un baño y una cocina) perdian agua. La terraza estaba muy sucia con barro que limpiamos nosotros. Había polvo de obra por todos lados. No habìa agua caliente. Lo del agua caliente se resolviò la misma tarde pero cuando nos fuimos los grifos seguían perdiendo agua. A pesar de haber dado el aviso, nadie pasò a arreglarlo.

The campsite is nothing like the standard of other Sandaya campsites we have stayed at. We booked for 4 nights but left after 1 night. The campsite is currently undergoing large building works that we were not told about in advance. A lot of facilities are not available, and the pool is overlooked by the building site - which makes using the pool unpleasant. The whole campsite seems poorly maintained and overgrown.

The van was nice and comfortable, but we were not told prior to arriving that the site was not suitable for disabled people, and it was in teirs, I could not walk up the hills and had to use our car for everything, on arrival we were given one tiny hand towel and a slightly bigger one each to lay for the week, no bath towels, when we asked for more towels we were told we could not have any until the weekend, one of the restaurant staff was very surly, as with most of the reception staff, we have never had this at a Sandaya site before, the first meal we had in the restaurant was a burnt lasagne and burnt steak, the food was very poor we then ate out which we don?t normally do. We left on the Tuesday 4 days early due to the site
